[Sunday Night Heat Match]: No-Time-Limit-Match:
The Acolytes defeated Insane Posse when Bradshaw pinned D. Flair after
a gutwrench suplex in 0:12:27.
Rating: -1/2*

**The first match of the night saw the Debut of two new additions to the WWF roster. Crowbar
and David Flair fought superbly against the Acolytes. But in the end the experience from the
Acolytes was enough to defeat the two youngsters.**
[Sunday Night Heat Match]: No-Time-Limit-Match:
Gangrel made D'Lo Brown submit to an armbar submission in 0:03:29.
Rating: ** 1/4

**Gangrel finally ended his losing streak by defeating D-Lo Brown in an upset. D-Lo had the
match won until he went up for the Lo-Down. As he reached the top the lights went out and by
the time they had returned, D-Lo was knocked out in the centre of the ring. Gangrel applied
an armbar to an already unconcious, D-Lo, and so Tim White had no choice but to award the bout
  to Gangrel.**
[Sunday Night Heat Match]: No-Time-Limit-Match:
Goldust pinned Davey Boy Smith with the Shattered Dreams in 0:12:25.
Rating: 1/2*

**The return of the Golden One was a great sucess. Davey Boy Smith and Goldust fought back and
forth for this entire bout. Eventually though the Bulldog got nailed with a low blow behind
the back of the official and Goldust was then able to nail him with the Shattered Dreams.
Making Goldust the winner and the Bulldog neutered!**
[Sunday Night Heat Match]: No-Time-Limit-Four Corners Match for the vacant WWF Lightweight Title:
Eddie Guerrero defeated Taka Michinoku, Crash Holly and Essa Rios:
x C. Holly beat Michinoku via a Northern Lights suplex in 0:06:54
x E. Guerrero beat Rios via a waistlock suplex in 0:10:18
x E. Guerrero beat C. Holly via the Frog Splash in 0:15:42
Rating: ** 1/2
(Eddie Guerrero won the WWF Lightweight Title.)

**The HEAT main event was the closest match of the four. On several occassions, Earl Hebner
lost control as all four men went at it at once. Taka was the first eliminated after he hit
Guerrero with his Michinoku Driver only to turn around into a Northern Lights suplex from the
  Houdini of Hardcore, Crash.
Once it turned into a three way match, the bout increased speed with multiple double teaming
and near falls from all men. Eventually though Essa Rios got caught by Guerrero in a waist
lock suplex leaving us with two men.
Crash Holly and Guerrero continued to beat the hell out of each other for a further five mins
before Guerrero was able to take control. Guerrero nailed Crash Holly with a picture perfect
Frankensteiner from the top rope and then ran to the opposite buckle to nail the Frog Splash
for the win and the title belt.**

No-Time-Limit-Match:
Tazz defeated Bam Bam Bigelow via pinfall in 0:20:10.
Rating: * 3/4

**Triple B and Tazz took it to the Extreme in this match and risked disqualification on numerous
occasions. Tazz managed to apply the Tazzmission to Bam Bam but it was broken when Bam Bam
jumped backwards and flattened the Orange and Black Attack. Even though he'd got out of the
Tazzmission, it had taken it's toll on Bigelow as Tazz was able to get the three count almost
as soon as he got back up again.**
No-Time-Limit-Match:
The Hardy Boyz defeated The Dudley Boys when M. Hardy pinned Buh Buh with the
Twist of Fate in 0:04:53.
Rating: 1/4*

**A surprisingly quick match between these two teams. The Dudley Boyz destroyed The Hardyz for
the first few minutes and looked set for an easy win. But Buh Buh Ray went after Lita, as he
wanted to drive her through a table set up by D-Von. However Lita was able to evade Buh Buh
by sliding outside and as soon as Buh Buh turned around Matt Hardy pounced with the Twist of
  Fate.**
No-Time-Limit-Match:
Kane pinned Yokozuna with the chokeslam in 0:15:19.
Rating: -****

**Awful match between Big Red and Well Fed. Yokozuna didn't have his mind on the game and got
caught everytime. The only thing that prevented this match from ending sooner was the fact
that Kane couldn't finish Yoko. Although Yoko put up no offence, he did kick out of every
thing that Kane threw at him. Kane just couldn#t get the big Sumo up for his trademark power
moves. But Kane eventually managed to get Yokozuna up with a chokeslam, although he couldn't
hold him up for long, it was enough to get the job done.**
No-Time-Limit-Match:
Scotty Too Hotty pinned Big Boss Man after a powerslam in 0:09:19.
Rating: 3/4*

**The new head of Corporate Security was outclassed in this match. Scotty II Hottie constantly
used his speed and agility to take the Bossman down, time and time again. This not only wore
out the Bossman but it frustrated him into making more mistakes. After knocking down Scottie
with a huge powerbomb, he went to the ropes for a clothesline. But Scottie II Hottie was able
to convert it into a powerslam as Bossman lept and stayed on him for the win.**
No-Time-Limit-Match:
Grandmaster Sexay pinned Christian with the Hip Hop Drop in 0:04:23.
Rating: 1/2*

**Grandmaster Sexay made it two for two for Too Cool. Sexay and Christian went back and forth
with both men gaining near falls over the other. At one point it looked as if Christian was
going to get a cheap win as Edge ran down with a tag title belt. Edge lept onto the apron
but was knocked off as Christian was sent flying into him by Sexay. A clash of heads between
the tag team champions, left Christian flat on the mat. Grandmaster Sexay then went up and
nailed his version of the Guillitine Legdrop.**

No-DQ-10-Man Battle Royal for the vacant WWF HaRdCoRe Title with Special Referee Mick Foley:
Davey Boy Smith won a 10-man Battle Royal:
x T. Funk defeated Test after the Spinning Toe Hold in 0:15:25
x Faarooq defeated D. Flair after the Spinebuster in 0:20:21
x C. Holly defeated Faarooq after the Crashlanding in 0:20:38
x C. Holly defeated Holly after a side suplex in 0:22:44
x Bradshaw defeated Crowbar after the Clothesline From Hell in 0:25:48
x T. Funk defeated C. Holly after the Spinning Toe Hold in 0:27:47
         x D.B. Smith defeated T. Funk after a sleeperhold in 0:35:51
x D.B. Smith defeated Snow after the Running Powerslam in 0:36:03
x D.B. Smith defeated Bradshaw after the Running Powerslam in 0:38:47
Rating: * 3/4
(Davey Boy Smith won the WWF HaRdCoRe Title.)

**The Bulldog is the new HaRdCoRe champion and now a three time champion in this division.
Davey Boy proved that he could use his brain as he managed to sneak out of the ring very early
on and hid under the canvas.
As the other nine men where beating the living hell out of each other, the Bulldog just waited
  for his moment.
Then when it was down to three in the ring, he dived back in behind everyone's back and got
Terry Funk in a sleeperhold. Funk had no chance to escape as he was watching Snow & Bradshaw,
and very soon Funk went out.
Then it was just a matter of clearing up the match as Bradshaw and Snow had knocked each other
stupid, meaning that they were easy pickings for Davey Boy Smith.
After the match the Bulldog waved the HaRdCoRe title right in the face of Mick Foley, taunting
the Commishioner before leaving to a hostile reception.**

Kurt Angle walks out

No-Time-Limit-Match:
Kurt Angle pinned Ken Shamrock after a waistlock suplex in 0:12:38.
Rating: *** 1/4

**Superb match as the 1998 King of the Ring met the 2000 King. Both men proved that they are
two of the best technical wrestlers in the WWF today. Angle and Shamrock not only hit each
other with stimulating moves but where able to reverse and re-reverse holds time and time
again. After a few minutes, these men realised that they had to try different tactics if they
expected to walk out with a win. Shamrock did this but he paid for it. He managed to take
Angle down with a standing Hurricanrana and then went to the top rope. But Angle had been
playing possem the whole time and as Shamrock lept he managed to catch him in mid air and
delivered a waistlock suplex that knocked the fight out of Shamrock.**

The Rock comes out for the match

Elimination No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Match:
Chris Jericho, Rikishi Phatu and Rocky Maivia beat
The Corporation (Chris Benoit, Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Saturn) 3 falls to 0:
x Rikishi beat Saturn via the Banzai Drop in 0:12:22
x Chris Jericho beat Helmsley via a power bomb in 0:22:50
x Rocky Maivia beat Benoit via pinfall in 0:27:45
Survivors: Chris Jericho, Rikishi Phatu, Rocky Maivia
Rating: *** 3/4

**Shane McMahon was furious after this match. His new Corporate team walks out of Virginia
without a single win. Shane said that he wasn't done with the Rock or Commishioner Foley yet,
and that Jericho and Rikishi would also pay for what they did.
The match was a lot closer then the result suggests though. Saturn was eliminated after he
missed the Flying Elbow onto the Rock, who subseqently tagged in Rikishi. One Rikishi-driver
later and Saturn was easy pickings for the Banzai Drop.
Later on though it looked as if Triple H was going to make it two on two as he took it to
Rikishi. Hunter whipped Phatu into the ropes and Rikishi managed to make the blind tag to
Jericho. Triple H then nailed Rikishi with a bonecrunching powerslam only to be kicked in the
gut and powerbombed as he got up. Jericho's trademark double powerbomb was more then enough
to keep the former champion down for the count of three.
Chris Benoit's elimination seemed inevitable when it went to three on one. The Crippler did
all he could to hold on against these three fan favourites but all for not. The trio of Y2J,
Rikishi and Rock decided to humiliate Shane's new group by nailing Benoit with everything.
Phatu hit the Sitdown Piledriver on him and immediatly Jericho hit the Asai Moonsault. From
there of course the Rock stepped in and threw of the Elbow pad. People's Elbow to the chest
of Benoit led to a clean sweep for the Rock's team.**
