**"Crippler" plays as WWF Champion, Chris Benoit walks out followed by Lightweight Champion,
Jyushin Lyger and Dynamite. The three men walk to the ring and enter.**
CBEN - I suppose it's time for us three to explain, why. Why did I leave the Million Dollar
Corporation on Monday? Why have I joined these two men?
Well simply put, I used the Million Dollar Corporation.
For months I have been waiting, biding my time and moving up their ranks to be where I
am today. I knew the only way I'd get a title shot was to be with the Corporation
rather then against them. Looks like I was right, so Shane O-Mac and Ted DiBiase, looks
like you're not the only masterminds any more. Tom, you got something to say?
TOMB - Indeed I do. You see all the time I was in the Corporation, both me and Benoit watched
both DiBiase and McMahon plan away. Well after Austin was dumped by the Corporation, we
knew that we had to put our plan into action last week. A plan that Chris Benoit has had
in mind for ages. In fact, it was Benoit that tricked DiBiase into bringing me into the
Corporation.
CBEN - Yes, just a shame he didn't listen to me about Lyger, but he got into the WWF anyway.
But enough talk, DiBiase and Shane McMahon, I know you're listening back there.
Tonight, us three against any three men you can put together.
The Million Dollar Corporation is an empty shell now as it should be and that is a fact,
so get to know it.
**'Crippler' Chris Benoit, 'Dynamite' Tom Billington & Jyshin 'Thunder' Lyger then leave the
ring as the majority of the crowd begin cheering while the rest are still unsure of what
reaction to give them.**
LATINO HEAT Vs. PERFECT TEN Vs. THE HOLLYS Vs. T'n'T
The opening bout saw four teams facing off in elimination action. As you'd expect the rivalry
between The Perfect Ten and Latino Heat was the main story here as the two teams continue to
have problems with each other.
First eliminated were the Holly Cousins after Hardcore Holly was hit with the Money Spiral from
T'n'T. The Money Spiral, of course, being Edge's Downward Spiral followed up with Val's Money
Shot.
Next out was the Perfect Ten after Essa Rios was able to avoid a splash into the corner from
Billy Gunn. Rios quickly got Gunn in a backslide attempt that was assisted when Guerrero hit
a Superkick to Gunn.
Final elimination came after Chyna returned to the ring. She drew Eddie Guerrero away from the
ring side area and when Essa Rios told him to get back, it was the opening T'n'T needed. A
Money Spiral put Lil' Heat away giving Trish and Terri a reason to celebrate.
T'n'T defeated The Holly's, Perfect Ten and Latino Heat:
x Venis beat Holly via the Money Spiral in 0:07:08
x Rios beat Billy Gunn via a backslide in 0:09:55
x Venis beat Rios via the Money Spiral in 0:12:41

KEN SHAMROCK Vs. TRIPLE H w/t Stephanie
Ken Shamrock came out ready for one of his biggest matches in a while as he went one on one
with the Game, Triple H. Shamrock's style appeared to be working for him as he more then held
his own against the talented Triple H.
However it was Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley that was the major factor in this one. Stephanie
distracted the official and kicked the Sledgehammer in the ring while he was dealing with her.
Shamrock failed to see the weapon and shoved Stephanie off the apron. The referee checked on
Stephanie as Shamrock turned back to face HHH. As you'd expect HHH nailed Shamrock with the
Sledgehammer and got the three fall.
Triple H pinned Ken Shamrock after hitting him with a Sledgehammer in 0:18:45.
Rating: ** 1/4
**Cut backstage to the Million Dollar Locker room. Ted DiBiase and Shane O-Mac stand in the
centre of the room as Crush, Wrath, Christian, The Sandman and Test all sit on the benches.**
SHAN - Look you heard what Benoit said. He used us, we HAVE to make an example out of him.
$TED - Example, the hell with making an example out of him. We need to get the WWF Championship
back and we need to do it fast.
SHAN - Agreed, so tonight Christian, Test and myself will fight them.
$TED - What? No way. It should be me, Crush and Wrath.
SHAN - But I'm the King Of Sting....I own 25% of the company. I say it's me, Christian and Test.
$TED - NO. Me and Doom.
**As the Million Dollar Man and Shane O-Mac argue, the others being arguing about it as well.
Except the Sandman, who stands on the bench.**
SAND - HEY! What the hell is wrong with you lot. Benoit screwed us over and we need to get him.
The hell with who faces them, we're a damn team.
$TED - He's right. Test, Crush and Wrath will face them then.
SHAN - Yeah, sounds like a good team. Christian and Sandman, you'll take on the Hardy Boys.
It was supposed to be Doom but I can't have them in two matches tonight.
$TED - Great that's sorted out.
**The camera fades out and cuts back to the ring.**
CHRIS JERICHO Vs. MIKE AWESOME
Mike Awesome against Chris Jericho was next and with Bobby Heenan missing from his side, Mike
Awesome seemed distracted. But this didn't stop the two men having a superb battle.
Jericho was able to win this one, after Mike Awesome went up top for his splash. Y2J rolled
out of the way and quickly appied the Walls of Jericho before Awesome could get up again.
Chris Jericho made Mike Awesome submit to the The Walls Of Jericho in 0:84:34.
Rating: *** 1/2
THE HARDY BOYZ w/t Lita Vs. CHRISTIAN/THE SANDMAN
A fairly short match that saw the Hardy Boyz dismantle Christian of the Million Dollar Corp.
The Sandman didn't have a chance to get involved in the match as the Hardys cut the ring in
half.
The ending came after the Twist of Fate and then Swanton Bomb combination from both Hardy Boyz.
As Jeff made the cover, Matt turned towards the Sandman expecting him to come in, but instead
the Sandman dropped off the ring apron and reached under the ring for the Singapore Cane.
The Hardy Boyz defeated M.D. Corporation (Christian and The Sandman) when J. Hardy pinned
Christian with the Swanton Bomb in 0:04:14.
Rating: ** 1/4
**As the Hardys make their way back to the locker room, the Sandman enters the ring with his
Singapore Cane. He waits as Christian gets up and nails him across the head with it,
knocking Christian out instantly. The Sandman then pulls a microphone out of his pocket.**
SAND - THAT'S FU#*ING IT. DiBIASE, McMAHON. I QUIT THE CORPORATION. I'm surrounded by idiots.
I'm the damn WWF Commissioner and a former World Champion in other federations, but did
either of those two consider me for the main event.....hell no.
I don't need the Million Dollar Corporation, they need me and I'm going to prove it.
**"Enter the Sandman" plays as the Sandman begins to leave but returns to Cane Christian again.**
THE ROCK Vs. THE GODFATHER
The Rock was up next as he took on the Godfather who made his WWF return just three days ago on
Monday Night RAW.
As expected, the Nation tried to get involved in the match, but each time the Rock managed to
keep D'Lo Brown and K-Krush on the outside of the ring. The ending came after the Rock hit
the Rock Bottom on the Godfather. K-Krush ran in but ran right into the Spinebuster from the
People's Champion. D'Lo remained on the outside as the Rock made the pin.
The Rock pinned The Godfather with the Rock Bottom in 0:11:47.

WWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP
KURT ANGLE (C.) Vs. SHAWN MICHAELS
Once again, Kurt Angle had the match of the night as he defended his newly won Intercontinental
Championship against the legendary Shawn Michaels.
Both showed their remarkable amounts of resilience. Shawn kicked out of an awesome overhead
belly-to-belly suplex from the top rope. Where as Angle kicked out from HBK elbow drop off the
top rope.
Kurt and Shawn both countered each others moves for the ending. Kurt went for the Olympic
Slam but Michaels managed to land on his feet and fired off the Sweet Chin Music. But Kurt
managed to duck that and caught him in the Olympic Slam.
Kurt Angle pinned Shawn Michaels with the The Olympic Slam in 0:14:43.
Rating: ****
(Kurt Angle retained the WWF Intercontinental Title.)
**Backstage once again as we join the Million Dollar Locker room. Ted DiBiase is shown pacing
around as Shane stands against the wall watching him.**
$TED - I can't believe this. We've lost the WWF Champion and now the WWF Commissioner. It's
all falling apart Shane. We've got to do something and fast.
SHAN - Don't you think I know that, Ted! But what can we do. We're down to four members in
just this week. We need someone who can challenge Chris Benoit for the World Title.
$TED - Really, you don't say. I didn't realise that's what we needed. I KNOW THAT, BUT WHO THE
HELL IS GONNA HELP.
SHAN - I don't know......wait, I think I got an idea. Look wait here and watch the match
between Benoit's group and our guys. I'm going to make a few telephone calls because I
think I know who we can get.
$TED - You better do something. This can not....must not happen.
SHAN - Hey, chill. I'll sort it.
**Shane exits the room as Ted DiBiase continues to pace the room.**
'Crippler' CHRIS BENOIT, 'Dynamite' TOM BILLINGTON & JYUSHIN 'Thunder' LYGER
Vs.
MILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION (CRUSH, TEST & WRATH)
Six man tag team action followed next as Chris Benoit came out to a fairly large fan reaction.
The Million Dollar Corporation came out next looking lost without the leadership of Shane O-Mac
or Ted DiBiase. The action was fought under tornado rules meaning that all the men were in the
ring at once.
Jyshin Lyger came close to a pinfall after a Running Powerbomb on Test. But it was broken up
by Wrath. Wrath went for the Meltdown on Lyger but Lyger managed to back away from him in
time.
The ending came after Doom went for the Double Chokeslam on Lyger. Benoit and Billington
nailed both men from behind with dropkicks. Both members of Doom turned around and both got
hit with Snap Suplexes. As Lyger clotheslined Test to the outside, Benoit and Billington went
up top and hit the Flying Headbutts to the Doom members. The referee made the count as for the
first time in several months, Crush & Wrath were pinned in the centre of the ring.
Chris Benoit, Tom Billington and Jyushin Lyger defeated M.D. Corporation (Crush, Test & Wrath)
when Billington pinned Crush with the Flying Headbutt in 0:07:26.
Rating: ** 1/2
**As Benoit, Lyger and Billington celebrate in the ring, the camera pans out to reveal it being
watched on a monitor by Ted DiBiase.**
$TED - God dammit! We lost, we bloody lost. Dammit!
**Shane McMahon then enters holding a cell phone to his ear.**
SHAN - Yeah, I'll tell him now, just a sec.
**Shane puts the phone down and covers the mouth piece with his hand. He grins at Ted DiBiase.**
SHAN - I did it. I got the man that'll help us get the Corporation back on track.
$TED - You kidding. Did you see that last match. No one man can help us now.
SHAN - That's where you're wrong, Ted. In my hand I have the answer.
$TED - Yeah, well I find that impossible to believe.
SHAN - Believe it. Here.
**Shane McMahon hands the phone over to Ted DiBiase. DiBiase grudgingly takes it and holds it to
his ear.**
$TED - SIGH, Hello this is DiBiase.
**DiBiase's face suddenly lifts as he grins widely. He faces Shane again.**
$TED - You were right Shane. This is who we needed.
