Date/Time: December 4/00 at 7:30pm
-'The Million Dollar' theme starts as Ted DiBiase walks out with the WWF Champ, Steve Austin.
They both step into the ring and DiBiase grabs a microphone.-
$TED - Well as you all saw on Smackdown, Money talks! Yes, once again, I had a plan and that
was to take out Kurt Angle. I didn't even need to pay Benoit and Triple H.
All I had to do was make sure Chris Jericho was beaten just as badly as Kurt Angle and
they agreed to do it. So now, we are two weeks away from ARMAGEDDON and it looks like
the no#1 contender, Kurt Angle won't be able to compete at the event.
-DiBiase is cut off as the arena errupts when Kurt Angle's music hits and he walks out with a
microphone of his own-
KURT - Surprise DiBiase, I'm here. Last week on Smackdown, your group didn't get the job
completly done. It's TRUE, that Jericho and I suffered a beating and it's TRUE that you
got us in a plan that displayed your INTELLEGENCE. But you see, my INTEGRETARY won't
let me sit at home nursing my wounds.
If I did that then I wouldn't acomplish anything, in fact if I'd done that after the
semi-finals in '96, I wouldn't have won the prestigious gold medals that hang around my
neck.
$TED - Well, well Kurt. Guess you're right, we didn't get the job done on you but you can bet
that at ARMAGEDDON, you will not win the belt from my assosiate, Mr. Austin.
KURT - Maybe I won't need to WIN the belt at the Pay Per View, maybe I'll just defend it.
$TED - What are you babbling on about now, you Olympic Zero?
KURT - Well as you know, I am good friend's with our Commissioner, Mick Foley and I had a little
word with him earlier and well let's here from the man himself.
-The crowd explodes with cheering again as 'Mankind Wreck' from the Aggression CD plays and Mick
Foley comes out and stops next to Kurt Angle before taking the microphone from him.-
MICK - Thank you Kurt. Yes, Angle came to me earlier to explain his disgust at your actions on
Smackdown. Now it wasn't just DiBiase's team involved in this so I will personally be
punishing ALL of the OutKasts not just HHH and Benoit. You see tonight we will have an
eight person tag match. The OutKasts against ME and the Rock, along with Triple H and
Benoit's opponent's at the Pay Per View......Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho!!
$TED - That's all well and good Foley, but what's that got to do with us?
MICK - That match has nothing to do with you.....BUT the main event does.
$TED - What!?!
MICK - Yes, tonight will be a match between Kurt Angle and Steve Austin and it WILL BE for the
WWF Heavyweight title.
$TED - You can't do that?
MICK - I can and I did!
KURT - Catch you later Austin and make sure that belts just as shiny as my gold medals because
it'll be around my waist by the end of the night.
-As Ted DiBiase and Austin are in shock in the ring, Foley and Angle both go to leave but they
stop just before the curtains and turn back to the ring.-
MICK - Oh and by the way, Ted.....
-Foley holds the mic between himself and Kurt Angle.-
BOTH - .....HAVE A NICE DAY!
HELL FIRE (Vampiro/Kane) w/t Syxx Vs. DOGG POUND (Rick/Road) w/t Bulldog
**Yet another loss for the team of Rick and Road Dogg as they seem to be getting worse as the
weeks go on.
The unholy duo of Kane and Vampiro simply destroyed the Pound within minutes and even Syxx
got into the action by nailing the Factor on the Bulldog as he tried to interfere.
Vampiro soon put Road Dogg away with the Nail in the Coffin as Kane drilled Steiner with a
tombstone on the other side of the ring.
Following the match, the Bulldog once again gave his team verbal abuse and left without them,
leaving Road Dogg and Rick confused by the whole thing.**
Vampiro and Kane defeated Dogg Pound (Jesse James and Rick Steiner) when Vampiro
pinned J. James with the Nail In the Coffin in 0:05:22.

TABLE MATCH
AL SNOW Vs. TAZZ
**One of the best Snow matches in a while as he went back to the hardcore style matches that
made his WWF name against Tazz of 'Team Extreme'.
Tazz and Snow took it to the max with vicious attacks from various weapons including head,
chairs, the ring bell and at one point a squirt of mustard to the eyes. The battle seemed to
be getting out of control as both Snow and Tazz didn't seem to remember this was a table
match and fought to the back.
But the soon fought back to the ringside area and Snow began getting the upper hand after he
caught Tazz 'down-south' with a lead pipe. Tazz was down and hurting as Al set up tables on
the outside.
As he placed Tazz onto one, the Thug managed to get control again with a thumb to the eye that
caused Snow to turn away to clear his vision. Once his back was turned, Tazz slapped the
Tazmission onto Al Snow whilst they both stood on the table.
It looked like it was over for Al, but he managed to summon up the last of his strength and
jumped backwards through the table with Tazz going first!
The ref called for the bell and awarded the bout to Al Snow, who had been so drained that he
didn't even realise that he picked up the victory for several seconds.**
Al Snow defeated Tazz by putting him through a table in 0:12:15.

'The Bulldog' DAVEY BOY SMITH Vs. TRIPLE SYXX
**Davey Boy made his second appearence of the night to try and exact some revenge on Syxx for
the earlier tag match between their stable members.
Davey Boy was dominated in this match just as his partners were earlier and Triple Syxx was
on course to pick up an easy win, until Billy Gunn came out with Trish that is!
Billy ran down to ringside and hit Triple Syxx in the back with a steel chair, Syxx went down
instantly and Davey Boy looked confused at this but stomped away at Syxx anyway.
But Syxx wouldn't lay down and fought back to his feet, as he and Bulldog slugged it out,
Trish hopped up onto the ring apron to distract the official. This let Billy Gunn come in
with the chair again but this time Syxx was ready. He hit the jumping back-kick onto the
chair which caused it to go into the face of Mr. Ass and send him to the outside.
Unfortunatly the Bulldog was able to capitalise and hit a back suplex onto Syxx, landing on
the chair in the process! Bulldog pushed the chair outside and made the cover as Trish
attended to Gunn on the outside.**
The Bulldog pinned Triple Syxx after a back suplex in 0:07:20.

-Mick Foley is in his 'office' talking with Kurt Angle but he stops talking as Eddie Guererro
and Essa Rios aka Latino Heat come up to him followed by Chyna and the Kat.-
EDDY - Hey there Mick, we got a favour to ask you?
ESSA - Yeah, me and Eddy both hold singles titles, with me being Lightweight and him being
European champ. EDDY - But you see Mammacita ...
ESSA - And mini-Mama!
EDDY - What? Oh yeah, sorry! ....and mini-Mama want us to prove our dominance in the tag team
division.
ESSA - So we were hoping you could sign us up for a title match tonight?
EDDY - Yeah, I mean we'd owe you one and it'd make the girls happy...and you know....if they're
happy then we get happy....
ESSA - ...and lucky...VERRRRRRRRRY lucky.
EDDY - So what do you say Mick? Can we face StratusPhere for the belts?
MICK - Guys, I'm sorry I'd like to sign the match but Trish called me earlier and said their
flights where delayed so Venis and Saturn won't be here tonight.
EDDY - Oh man!
ESSA - Yeah, we wanted a title match.
MICK - Hmmmmm....tell you what I'll sign the match for next week...IF you both put your belts on
the line tonight. I got some time to fill due to StratusPhere not being here for their
matches.
ESSA - OK, sounds fair. Who we got though?
MICK - Well Essa, you'll be facing the man you won the belt from last week, Christian. As for
you Eddie, you want to face one of Trish's men so badly well you will be facing Billy
Gunn. Is that fair?
EDDY - Ya, OK. And we get a tag title shot next week.
MICK - Yeah, even if you lose the matches tonight, you'll get a tag title match
ESSA - Hey! We won't lose our belts, but we WILL win next week. Thanks Mick
MICK - No worries, now if you don't mind me and Kurt were in the middle of an important
discussion.
-The Latino Heat group leaves but as they go the camera picks up Eddy's last comments.-
EDDY - Double champs then Essa...the Mama's will love it.
ESSA - Ha, yeah, Mama's love a champ.
-Then the camera swings back to the 'desk' to hear the important discussion from Foley and Angle
for a few seconds.-
KURT - So where were we?
MICK - Errr. Ok Is it Animal, Vegitable or Mineral?
-fade to black and back to the ring-
THE DUDLEY BOYS Vs. SHOOTERS (Shamrock/Blackman)
**Yet another match between the Shooter and Team Extreme factions in their long running fued.
It was a great match as both tag teams worked well and showed good continuaty. Both teams
also came close to picking up the win with some new double team moves. The most impressive
of which was the 'Sharp-Shooters' which was a frankensteiner by Shamrock after the Jumping
Kick to the back by Blackman. This didn't get the job done however as D-Von survived the
move when half-brother, Buh Buh broke it up.
The momentum changed in a flash though as D-Von made the tag and Buh Buh came in and cleared
the ring of the Shooters. Shamrock then charged back in the ring but D-Von recovered enough
to help Buh Buh irish whip him into the ropes and hit the 3-D!
Steve Blackman was still down on the outside though and appeared to have taken a bad tumble as
he wasn't moving. After the match, Ken Shamrock rolled out and checked on Steve Blackman who
eventually got to his feet and walked out with the help of Shamrock.**
The Dudley Boys defeated The Shooters (Ken Shamrock and Steve Blackman) when
Buh Buh pinned Shamrock after the 3-D in 0:09:36.

WWF EUROPEAN TITLE MATCH
'Latino Heat' EDDIE GUERRERO (C) w/t Chyna Vs. Mr Ass' BILLY GUNN w/t Trish
**Eddie Guerrero put the belt on the line against Mr. Ass in a surprisingly clean match, Trish
& Chyna stayed out of the action allowing the match to pregress evenly.
It was a very entertaining match as Guerrero's speed and agility seemed to work well against
Billy Gunn's power. Billy almost got the win after five minutes when he used a Military
Press Slam followed by a running neckbreaker combination, but Eddie managed to get a foot up
onto the ropes to break the count and the match continued in Billy's favour.
Not long after though Eddie was able to regain the match after blocking a superplex attempt by
shoving Gunn off and then leaping with his hurricanrana. With both men down it was going to
be a matter of minutes before someone would be able to win and it would probably only take
two of three hard hitting moves to do it.
Eddie guessed this as he staggered up first and went for the top rope frogsplash. But Eddie
miss timed Mr. Ass' recovery time and Billy rolled away. Gunn was then able to pull himself
up on the ropes as Guerrero get to his knees....but this gave Billy the opening and he put
everything he had into deliverying a Fame-Ass-Er to become NEW European champion.**
Billy Gunn pinned Eddie Guerrero after the Fame-Ass-Er in 0:15:01.
Rating: *** 1/4
(Billy Gunn won the WWF European Title.)
-Christian is walking down a corridor on his way to the ring but as he rounds a corner he finds
himself face-to-face with Edge.-
EDGE - Hey little brother. I see you got a title match tonight.
CHRS - Yes, I do. What's it to you?
EDGE - That's not nice little brother, I was just making conversation.
CHRS - Yeah, well don't. You broke up the team not me.
EDGE - Well I'm sorry little brother but I wanted to get something called GLORY and I couldn't
get that with a piece of $hit like you hanging on to me.
CHRS - Why you ba$ta...
-Christian swings for Edge but Edge blocks it and hits Christian back. A fist fight ensues
between the two but it is seperated by the WWF officials.-
CHRS - Just stay out of my business, or you'll regret it.
-Christian storms off to the ring while Edge is held back by the officials and is laughing.-
EDGE - I'll regret it....oh no...hahahaa. What are you Bruce Banner? Ha ha Don't make Christian
angry, you totally won't like him when he's angry.
WWF LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
'Lil Heat' ESSA RIOS (C) w/t The Kat Vs. CHRISTIAN
**The second of the title matches was one of the fastest paced bouts of the night, in this
rematch from last week.
Christian and Rios both used their speed to take down their other but neither were able to
gain the control of long enough. The match also took to the air as these two youngsters fired
off the high risk moves in an attempt to keep control but nothing would work.
Unfortunatly the ending was spoilt when Christian's brother Edge came down when after the
referee got knocked to the outside when Rios ducked a spin wheel kick. Edge entered the
ring and nailed Rios with a spear. Christian looked at Edge then down at Essa Rios and it
looked like the brother's may have been working together after all.
But then Edge pulled out some brass knucks and punched Christian in the side of the head with
them. Essa has seen this and went for Edge as he made his escape. By now the ref had got
back into the ring and began counting out Essa.
Rios then left off the chase against Edge and returned to the ring to prevent the countout,
Essa Rios attempted to tell the official what happened but the ref didn't seem to care and
wouldn't call the match off. So Essa made the cover to get the title defence even though he
didn't want to win in that manner.**
Essa Rios pinned Christian after Christian was hit with brass knucks in 0:09:14.
Rating: *** 1/2
(Essa Rios retained the WWF Lightweight Title.)
-Crash is outside Foley's office and is looking around nervously up and down the corridor. He
enters the office and walks up to Foley's desk.-
CRSH - Mick, you here? I need to talk?
-Crash begins banging the bell on Foley's desk for 'service' but no one comes.-
CRSH - Where is he? What's this?
-Crash picks up a piece of paper from the desk.-
CRSH - "To whom it may concern, I am on my way to the ring for a match against the OutKasts.
Will be back soon - Mick, P.S stop ringing that bell" Damn, oh well I'll wait.
-Crash sits down on the desk and begins humming away. But then the door opens and StratusPhere
walk in.-
VALV - Hey Mick, we got a flight in.....what you doing here?
SATN - Who cares he's got the belt with him, lets get him.
-StratusPhere shut the door behind him and advance on Crash.-
CRSH - Oh no! Not again....*gulp*
(BACKSTAGE) 24/7 HaRdCoRe TITLE MATCH
CRASH (C) Vs FAAROOQ Vs SATURN Vs VENIS Vs BULL Vs TEST
**Poor Crash, ever since he won the title back, he's been pestered by most of the WWF roster in
unscheduled HaRdCoRe matches.
The match started in Foley's office with StratusPhere double teaming the Houdini of Hardcore,
but they made a mistake when they threw Crash out of the office. Crash was thrown right into
Test & Bull of the Million Dollar Team. Both men decided they wanted the HaRdCoRe title as
well and went for StratusPhere so they could get Crash later.
This gave Crash a chance to escape and he dived into a locker room. As Crash locked the door
behind him, he turned around to find Faarooq in the room with him! With Faarooq added to the
brawl, Crash was getting increasingly close to losing the title.
However StratusPhere, Test and Bull managed to break open the door and pulled Faarooq off.
Yet again, proof that chair shots damage brain cells was displayed as they fought between
themselves and left Crash alone. This time Crash was able to escape by running down the
corridor and diving behind the merchandise stand under a load of 'WWF Attitude' tee-shirts
which are available on WWF Shopzone at a very reasonable price.**
x Crash escaped via the merchandise stand in 0:08:57

OUTKASTS (Benoit/Helmsley/Nash/Hall) Vs. JERICHO/MICHAELS & FOLEY
**Even before the match started, the OutKasts laid the foundations for a cheap victory as they
waited until Jericho, Foley and Michaels had come out for their match. As the Rock made his
way to the ring from his locker room, all four of them assulted him and left him laying in a
pool of blood and unable to compete.
The match went ahead anyway with the sides uneven and in favour of the OutKasts. And the
OutKasts took advantage of the extra man constantly during the match by causing all out brawls
involving every member of the teams. This of course meant that someone would always be
double teamed and it was a very effective strategy.
This didn't stop Foley's team from putting up a fight though and Chris Jericho came close
to getting the win twice against Chris Benoit. The first time, his asai moonsault was
broken up by Triple H and the second time, Kevin Nash not only pulled Jericho away from the
Walls of Jericho but Jack-knifed him as well.
The ending came after another brawl involving all seven men. HBK connected with the Sweet
Chin Music on Scott Hall but Triple H doubled him up with a low boot and followed up with
the Pedigree. HHH made the cover as Nash put Foley through an announcer table with a
Jack-knife.**
The Outkasts (Chris Benoit, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall)
defeated Chris Jericho, Mick Foley and Shawn Michaels when Helmsley pinned Michaels with the
Pedigree in 0:18:33.

(Rocky Maivia no-showed.)
-'No Chance in Hell' hits as Shane McMahon comes out with a huge grin on his face. He is closely
followed by Austin and DiBiase. All three men enter the ring.-
SHNE - Well it's time for the main event, Kurt Angle Vs. Steve Austin and I thought, a match of
this magnitude should have a guest referee and that person is ME!
-"Angle's theme" plays as Kurt walks out followed by Mick Foley who is limping slightly due to
the Jack-knife through the table just moments ago.'-
KURT - Now come on you guys, that's not fair, good job we expected it! Tell them, Mick.
MICK - As commissioner, I signed a stipulation earlier saying that no guest ref could be made
for this match unless I agreed to it.
SHNE - Ok fine, I won't be the ref, bring out old man Hebner then.
-Foley is about to say something else when Edge comes out to a mixed reaction.-
EDGE - Foley, Shane. I think I am the perfect solution to your problems. A match of this class
deserves a totally handsome man like me to be in. As I can't be in the match normally
due to both Austin and Angle knowing that deep down I can beat them, how about I become
the ref?
SHNE - Why you?
MICK - Wait! He's perfect, he doesn't have an allegence with either of us so he'll be un-biased.
SHNE - But he's inexperianced. NO I don't want him to officiate.
MICK - TOUGH! Edge, grab a shirt quickly. You're refering this title match, and that's FINAL!!!
WWF HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
'Sell Out' STEVE AUSTIN (C) w/t DiBiase Vs. KURT ANGLE
Special Guest Referee - EDGE
**The main event for the WWF Title was the most anticipated of the night as Kurt Angle finally
got a title shot against Steve Austin in fair circumstances........or so we thought!
Edge was fair throughout the contest and at one point demanded that DiBiase leave the ringside
area due to his constant attempts to get involved in this match.
Kurt and Austin still gave the fans a hell of a match and Kurt showed that he is WWF champion
material by giving Steve Austin a tough match. Probably the toughest, Austin's had since
winning the WWF Title from Chris Jericho!
The dismissal of Ted DiBiase really fired Kurt Angle up and he went into over drive to take
control of Austin with a series of overhead belly-to-belly suplexes and other wrestling throws
to disorinate the RattleSnake in the grass.
Austin still fought back though and tried to catch Angle off guard with a Stunner, but Kurt
was able to pull Austin closer and hit the Olympic Slam which left Austin laying in the
centre of the ring.
The crowd was on their feet as Kurt made the cover and Edge counted...One....two.....then he
STOPPED!! Kurt got up and right into the face of Edge as the crowd began booing Edge's
actions as well. However Austin crawled up behind Kurt and caught him in a roll up, Edge
dived to the mat and performed a very fast count which gave the win to Steve Austin for yet
another Million Dollar Plan.
After the match as Austin and Edge celebrated together, Kurt got back to his feet and grabbed
Edge in the Olympic Slam. But before he could get Austin again, he was caught by the Sell Out
Stunner which left Kurt Angle at the feet of the Champ as the show ended.**
Steve Austin pinned Kurt Angle after a roll up in 0:16:09.

(Steve Austin retained the WWF Heavyweight Title.)
