Location: TEXAS, UNITED STATES
Date/Time: Nov 20/00 at 7:30pm
**Mick Foley's music hits as the Commissioner comes out to a good reception**
MICK - Hello Alamo Dome, I've got a special treat for you today as tonight in that very ring
will be a four way match for the WWF Heavyweight Title. The contenders for Austin's
title will be Triple H, The Rock and making his return to the WWF......
**Foley is cut off as 'The Crippler' Chris Benoit's music hits and he walks out with a mic
followed by Shane McMahon.**
CBEN - Foley, who do you think you are. I heard a few days ago that there's a world title match
tonight and yet again, I'm not in it. So I challenge you to a match tonight.
MICK - I'm retired you idiot, but I'll gladly come out of retirement to beat your ass one-on-one.
CBEN - Who said it was one-on-one? No, because I've got a few friends I want you to meet.
Tonight, it'll be me and my partners against you and any two men you want.
MICK - You want the match you got it. But hear this, if I win then you don't get a title match
for the rest of the year.
CBEN - And if my team wins??
MICK - You won't! But if you do then you'll get a title shot in the near future.
CBEN - Excellent. Foley, see you in that ring tonight and pick your partners wisely because my
guys will be the last ones you expect.
**With that Chris Benoit turns and leaves Mick Foley in the ring.**
AL SNOW w/t Test Vs. BULL BUCHANAN
The return of Bull Buchanan into the WWF saw him with a more agressive streak then in the past.
Despite this though, Al Snow was able to control the big man with a series with moves that left
the big man on the mat and unable to use his size advantage.
As Al Snow took control of the match he signaled for Head to be brought into the match and so
his partner, Test threw it into him....but as Al Snow bent down to pick it up Buchanan pounced
with the Scissor Kick to the back of the Al Snow.
Buchanan made the cover but Al put his foot on the ropes only for Test to push it off again! As
the referee failed to see this, he counted the three enabling Bull to pick up the win.
Bull Buchanan pinned Al Snow with the Scissor Kick in 0:12:10.
Rating: * 1/4
Al Snow gets back to his feet after the match but Test nails him with a big boot instead.
Snow falls forward into Buchanan who hits him with a forearm then sends him backwards into Test
again.
Test delivers a crushing Pump Handle Slam to Al Snow as Buchanan climbs the top rope. Buchanan
hits the Guillotine Legdrop from the top rope as Test watches on with a grin across his face.
Then both Buchanan and Test leave the ring with Al Snow layed out in the middle of the ring.
HELL FIRE (Triple Syxx & Kane) Vs. DOGG POUND (Jesse James & Rick Steiner) w/t Bulldog
Still hot from their victory against the Brood at NO MERCY. The re-formed team of Kane and
Waltman dominated this match against two of the Dogg Pound.
Despite Davey Boy Smith's attempts to get involved in this one, Triple Syxx and Kane made short
work of this new group.
Rick Steiner & Jesse James showed no real team work in this one and it was obvious that they
hadn't team together before. Especially when Rick Steiner was sent flying into the Bulldog
thanks to Triple Syxx as he attempted to break up the Tombstone on Road Dogg.
Hell Fire defeated Jesse James and Rick Steiner when Kane pinned J. James with the Tombstone in
0:05:30.
Rating: * 1/4
WWF HaRdCoRe Title match
'Houdini of Hardcore' CRASH (C.) Vs. 'Lethal Weapon' STEVE BLACKMAN
Extremely hardcore match that saw two of the most popular HaRdCoRe champions in WWF history go
at it.
The match surpising stayed in the ringside area as trash cans, chairs, baking sheets and even
the ring bell where used to take down the other person.
The match was very close as both men came within an eyelash of winning the match. Blackman was
able to get the win though when Crash picked up a Kendo stick only for Blackman to hit the
Jumping Kick which sent the Kendo stick into the face of Crash.
Steve Blackman pinned Crash with the Jumping Kick in 0:14:27.
Rating: *** 1/4
(Steve Blackman won the WWF HaRdCoRe Title.)
WWF European Title match
"Latino Heat" EDDIE GUERRERO w/t Chyna Vs. "Mr. Ass" BILLY GUNN w/t Trish
Yet another match that saw the tension between Gunn & Trish against Guerrero & Chyna hot up, as
Stratus is determined to destroy the WWF's favourite couple.
This didn't stop the match from bringing out the best in both men as Gunn and Guerrero took it
to the max in an attempt to pull off the win for their fiancees at ringside.
Latino Heat was able to get the win today despite Trish Stratus distracting the official for the
interference from StratusPhere (Saturn&Venis). Chyna was able to come in as well and she and
Eddie cleared the ring of the tag team champions.
The Ninth Wonder hit the Pedigree on Gunn and Latino Heat was able to finish it off with the
Frog Splash.
Eddie Guerrero pinned Billy Gunn with the Frog Splash in 0:13:18.
Rating: ****
(Eddie Guerrero retained the WWF European Title.)
Eddie Guerrero is knocked down by Venis and Saturn as Chyna is being worked over by Trish and
Billy Gunn.
Suddenly Essa Rios comes out followed by The Kat who is dressed like Chyna! Both of them storm
the ring to even up the odds and they quickly restore order as Eddie Guerrero and Chyna recover.
Strat-Ass are all outside and are backing away to the locker room but Eddie Guerrero grabs the
microphone.
EDDY - Hey Trish, what's the matter can't take the Heat? The Latino Heat?
ESSA - Time and time again you have attacked me and Guerrero well no more, now me and the Kat
are joining forces with Eddie and Chyna.
EDDY - Yes, Latino Heat is now a foursome as myself and Mamacita are joined by these two, who
will be our protogies, 'Lil' Latino Heat' Essa Rios and 'Mini-Mami' The Kat.
ESSA - In fact, to prove how good a unit we can be, we challenge you to a match at the Survivor
Series.
EDDY - Us four against you four in a first ever inter-gender elimination match.
Trish Stratus and Billy Gunn huddle together for a while before Trish speaks.
TRSH - You got it. My boys will take you out and I won't even need to get my fingers dirty on
that piece of trash, The Kat.
THE HARDY BOYS (Matt & Jeff Hardy) w/t Lita Vs. BLOOD BROTHERS (Edge & Christian)
The fued between these two young brother teams was re-established tonight as both teams showed
once again, why they are equally regarded as the top tag teams in the WWF today.
Both teams went airborne in this one with some spectactular moves. A plancha from Jeff Hardy
to the outside layed out both Edge and Christian but his brother Matt and Lita as well.
As Jeff helped Matt to his feet, Edge recovered and threw Jeff Hardy into the ring steps, as
Christian re-entered the ring holding the ring bell.
Referee Mike Keota managed to get Edge to bring Jeff Hardy back into the ring but this meant
his back was turned as Jeff got clobbered with the ring bell from Christian.
With Matt Hardy and Lita still down, Christian was able to hit the Impaler on Jeff Hardy to
pick up the win for his team.
Blood Brothers defeated The Hardy Boyz when Christian pinned J. Hardy with the Impaler in
0:15:48.
Rating: ** 1/2
WWF Intercontinental Title match.
TAZZ (C.) w/t The Dudley Boys Vs. KEN SHAMROCK
Yet again, Shamrock gets the better of Tazz, but once more Tazz had a plan for Shamrock.
Shamrock used everything he had to counter the Thug style of Tazz, after several Tazplexes in
the early goings of the match, Shamrock snapped and went right for Tazz with more agression
then he'd shown in the past.
Tazz was completely unprepared for this and soon found himself on the receiving end of a great
deal of punishment to his right leg. Tazz was taken down time and time again by Shamrock and
was growing more frustraited which enabled Shamrock to further control the bout.
Eventually Shamrock hit a Super-Hurricanrana from the top and went for the anklelock submission,
only for the Dudley Boys to dive into the ring and attack him from behind causing the DQ.
Ken Shamrock defeated Tazz by disqualification in 0:11:08.
Rating: *** 1/2
(Tazz retained the WWF Intercontinental Title.)
The Dudley Boys continue to assult Ken Shamrock as Tazz applies the Tazmission to the referee.
D-Von stomps away at the now helpless Shamrock as Buh Buh brings in and sets up a table.
Tazz releases the Tazmission from the referee but only so he can hit the other officials, coming
in to break it up, with Tazplexes.
Shamrock is dragged to his feet by D-Von Dudley and lifted up. 3-D through the table by the
Dudley Boys leaving Ken Shamrock in a heap in the remains.
Tazz and the Dudleys then attack more of the incoming officials with 3-D's and Tazplexes until
they eventually decide they've had enough and leave to a hugly hostile crowd.
FAAROOQ Vs. 'The Dark Angel' VAMPIRO
The debut of Vampiro saw him take on the one remaining Acolyte. Faarooq tested Vampiro to his
very limit as the Dark Angel absorbed huge amounts of punishement.
Faarooq hit a killer spine buster bur surprisingly Vampiro got a shoulder up, this stunned
Faarooq for long enough for Vampiro to mount a great come back which saw him nail Faarooq with
a Spine buster of his own.
Eventually Faarooq was finished off when Vampiro blocked the Dominator into the Nail in the
Coffin for the victory.
Vampiro pinned Faarooq with the Nail In the Coffin in 0:11:02.
Rating: * 1/2
As Vampiro looks down the ramp towards the entrance way he notices Kane standing there blocking
the way with Triple Syxx beside him.
Vampiro carries on walking towards the locker room but more cautiously, as he gets nearer to the
two men they part and stand either side of the curtains allowing Vampiro to walk in between.
This causes Vampiro to stop in his tracks and he looks at Kane and Syxx for a few seconds before
he walks in between them and back to the locker room.
Kane nods at Triple Syxx and they both go behind the curtains after Vampiro.
Mick Foley is standing in the ring with his partners, Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho when the
'No Chance In Hell' song hits.
Chris Benoit walks out followed by his long time manager, Shane McMahon.
CBEN - Well Foley, looks like you found someone stupid enough to help you.
MICK - Come on where are your partners then? I don't believe anyone in the WWF would allign
with you apart from Shane McMahon that is.
CBEN - Oh, how right you are Foley. No one in the WWF would join me. But you see, when I thought
back about how you have been holding me from the top as the Greatest Technical Wrestler
in the WWF, I realised that what I had to do was go to the past.
MICK - What are you on about?
CBEN - You see, I had some great friends but they aren't Saturn or Guerrero in fact they weren't
part of the Radical outfit that brought me here. So my good friend, Shane, pulled a few
strings and signed a few contracts and guess what?
MICK - Come on then what?
CBEN - Not only are my partners here.........they're also behind you!
Instantly Foley, Angle and Jericho all spin around but as they do so Scott Hall and Kevin Nash
come out from under the ring in front of Benoit. All three men slide into the ring and attack
Foley's team to start the match.
MICK FOLEY, 'Y2J' CHRIS JERICHO & KURT ANGLE Vs. SCOTT HALL, KEVIN NASH & CHRIS BENOIT
The return of Hall and Nash went exactly as planned for Chris Benoit and Shane McMahon as they
went to work on Foley's team.
The Outsiders and Benoit concentraited on Mick Foley as if attempting to put him out of action
not just in a wrestling capacity but as a commissioner too.
Thankfully though, they didn't suceed as Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle were more then a match to
prevent it from being a mugging. Foley's team fought well against the already proven grouping
of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash.
But once again it was Shane O-Mac who proved to be the difference maker as he nailed Kurt Angle
with a jumping chair shot after all six men entered the ring at once. This left Kurt knocked
down with a huge cut across his forehead.
Chris Benoit nailed the Swandive off the top rope as the Outsiders held back Jericho and Foley,
to pick up the tainted win.
The Outsiders and Chris Benoit defeated Mick Foley, Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho
when Benoit pinned Angle after the Swandive Headbutt in 0:18:29.
Rating: *** 1/2
MICK - Ok, Benoit that did it. You son of a bitch, I'm signing a rematch for the Survivor Series
between us lot. This time elimination style. So find a fourth partner because I've got
someone else in mind to team with me.
But now, I'm going to do what I tried to do at the start of the show and that's announce
the person who'll be in the next match for the WWF title between Steve Austin, The Rock
and Triple H.
You see Shane, you're not the only one who managed to pull off some sneaky contract
negotiations because he is back!
This is his home town so give it up for H............B............K!!
The crowd errupts as Shawn Michael's "Sexy Boy" song starts which brings out the Heartbreak Kid.
Shawn Michaels looks delighted to be back and poses for a while but as he goes to speak he is
cut off by Triple H's music as the Game comes out for the match. Triple H and HBK are talking
with each other indistinctly as the other two combatants, The Rock and Steve Austin come out
one by one to start the match.
WWF Heavyweight Title match.
'Sell Out' STEVE AUSTIN (C.) Vs. THE ROCK Vs. THE GAME Vs 'Heartbreak Kid' SHAWN MICHAELS
The return of Shawn Michaels saw him show no signs of ring rust despite having not wrestled in
a WWF ring for over two years.
Triple H and The Rock tore each other apart in this as neither man seemed bothered about winning
the title and more set on destroying each other.
Meanwhile in the ring Shawn Michaels went for Steve Austin in a bid to win not only his return
match but the richest prize in the wrestling industry. He would have won the title as well if
it hadn't been for Ted DiBiase and another of his plans.
As Triple H and the Rock fought to the back, Shawn Michaels was able to stop a Stunner attempt
and spun Austin around to hit the Sweet Chin Music.
But as H.B.K. made the cover, Bull Buchanan and Test came out of the crowd and pulled the ref
out of the ring and then proceded to assult Shawn Michaels.
Test, Buchanan and Steve Austin began to triple team, Shawn Michaels as the referee called for
the bell as Ted DiBiase watched on with a huge grin across his face.
The show ended with Steve Austin hitting the Sell-Out Stunner on Shawn Michaels with Test and
Bull Buchanan watching on and Ted DiBiase holding aloft the WWF Heavyweight title.
Shawn Michaels defeated Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Rocky Maivia and Steve Austin
when Michaels defeated Austin by disqualification in 0:12:38.
Rating: *** 3/4
(Steve Austin retained the WWF Heavyweight Title.)
