**Here Comes The Money plays as Shane McMahon walks out to begin the show. He walks slowly to
the ring as the crowd begin booing him.**
SHAN - Thank you all, for that wonderful reception. Now as I'm sure you people are all aware
of the problems in the Million Dollar Corporation had in the last week.
Well the problems end tonight. Tonight, myself and Mr. DiBiase have brought a man into
the Million Dollar Corporation who is going to save us and at the same time bring down
the WWF.
Now I was told just seconds before we came on the air that a limosine HAS pulled up.
So it gives me great pleasure to introduce to you, the man who's here to save the
Corporation. HIT THE MUSIC!
**No Chance In Hell now plays as Vince McMahon walks out with a microphone. Vince receives a
hostile reaction from the crowd as Shane stands open mouthed in the ring.**
VINC - Surprise Shane. It's not your mystery man in that limo. It was me! I 'm back in the
World Wrestling Federation because I've had it with you trying to take over my company.
It's not just you. There's several people who've had it a little too easy in my absence
and I'm here to sort them out.
You're little Million Dollar Corporation, is on it's last legs and I'm here to deliver
the final and fatal blow.
So Shane, you've got a few weeks until SummerSlam, and if you've not disbanded or
seperated yourself from the M.D.Corporation, you'll go down with them and that's the
bottom line.....because Mister McMahon said so.
**No Chance In Hell plays again as the crowd begin cheering for Vince McMahon as his son, Shane
still stands in the ring stunned at his father's return.**
Opening match for the night which saw Hardcore Holly go at it in singles competition as he
faced the human suplex machine, Tazz.
But this was a pure vintage Tazz. He went to work on Bob Holly right from the begining and
was able to put Holly in the Tazmisson after a brutal T-Bone twisting Tazplex.
Tazz made Hardcore Holly submit to the Tazmission in 0:04:58.

THE HARDY BOYZ w/t Lita Vs. THE NATION (K-Krush/Godfather)
The match saw the Nation teaming up to take on the established tag team of the Hardy Boyz.
Both teams tried hard in this one but the Hardys had the edge over the new teaming of K-Krush
and the Godfather. That is until, D'Lo Brown took advantage of a distraction. Matt hit the
twist of fate to the Godfather, but on the outside K-Krush nailed Lita. Jeff dived out to
help Lita up and the referee came over to check on Lita as well.
D'Lo then slid into the ring and nailed Matt with the Sky High. K-Krush then climbed up top
and hit his new move, the Rising Star Splash (Shooting Star Press) for the win.
Nation of Domination (K-Krush and The Godfather) defeated The Hardy Boyz when K-Krush pinned
M. Hardy after the Rising Star Splash in 0:11:55.

**Cut backstage to the Million Dollar Locker Room. Shane McMahon is in a deep conversation
with someone on the telephone and looks worried.**
SHAN - It must have been Vince, who cancelled your flight, it was all booked. Look don't worry,
I'll call the airport and arrange a flight for you and you'll be able to meet up on
Smackdown.
**Shane stops pacing the room and looks even more shocked as earlier. The door then opens as
Ted DiBiase walks in.**
$TED - Did you know that Vince McMahon is here?
SHAN - YES, I KNEW!
$TED - Alright, just asking...you sorting things out with our guy now?
SHAN - Well I'm trying, so do ya mind.
**DiBiase sits down as Shane continues his telephone conversation.**
SHAN - What do you mean, you're not sure now! You can't back out, we had a deal......But you
can't we need you here to help us. Come on, I'll errr I'll get Ted to double what we're
already offering you. GREAT!
Ted he'll do it for the original money on one condition.
$TED - Fantasic....what's the condition.
SHAN - Oh I didn't ask. Hey what's the condition?
**Shane's face suddenly falls from the smile he had just seconds earlier. The colour seems to
drain from his face.**
SHAN - I'll errrr, talk it over with Ted and I'll get back to you.
$TED - What? Get back to him, what's the biggie, what ever he wants give it to him.
SHAN - I don't know Ted. You won't like this.
$TED - Well what is it? It can't be that bad.
SHAN - Oh it is, Ted. It is.
**The action cuts out as we go back to in-ring action.**
WWF EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP
"The 1" BILLY GUNN w/t Chyna Vs. ESSA RIOS w/t Eddie Guerrero
Gunn's European title was on the line in this match against Lil' Latino. Rios was all over
Billy in the opening minutes as his pace was too much for the champion.
The 1 tried to escape by going to the back, but Eddie Guerrero cut him off and threw him back
into the ring. The referee repremanded Eddie which allowed Chyna to sneak in. She nailed the
low blow on Essa Rios and exited the ring again.
Eddie saw this and went after Chyna on the outside as Essa pulled himself up inside the ring.
But Gunn had recovered first and ran in to hit the One and Only neckbreaker to Essa Rios.
After the match, Eddie Guerrero was double teamed by Chyna and Billy Gunn on the outside as
Essa Rios lay in the ring.
Billy Gunn pinned Essa Rios with the One and Only in 0:13:27.

SHAWN MICHAELS, THE SANDMAN AND TRIPLE H w/t Stephanie
Vs.
CHRIS JERICHO, KEN SHAMROCK AND KURT ANGLE
Sux man tag action was the next order of business as Stephanie's two men took advantage of the
Sandman's Commissionership duties to book this match.
But it didn't go as well as they'd hoped as Jericho's team was fired up for the fight and took
it to the three men.
It was an awesome ending which saw Jericho apply the Walls of Jericho to Triple H, Angle giving
the Olympic Slam to Shawn Michaels and Ken Shamrock putting the Ankle Lock on to the Sandman
simaltaniously. The crowd went crazy as the Sandman tapped out just seconds before Kurt got
what would have been a three count and Triple H tapped to the Walls.
Chris Jericho, Ken Shamrock and Kurt Angle defeated Shawn Michaels, The Sandman and Triple H
when Shamrock made Sandman submit to the Ankle Lock Submission in 0:23:00.

**No Chance In Hell hits as Vince McMahon comes out for the second time, this evening. He
stands on the ramp as Ken Shamrock, Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho walk past him on their way
to the locker room. HBK, Triple H, Stephanie and The Sandman remain in the ring and look
uncomfortable with Vince's return.**
VINC - Now, I'll make this as short as I can. Stephanie, I'm telling you the same thing I told
your brother. I AM the WWF and you are not taking it over while I'm still alive and
kicking. Forming your little factions, well Shane's faction runs on DiBiase's money.
As for your faction, it seems that HBK and HHH are getting a little too much of an
advantage because of the Sandman's Commissioner duties.
Well I can't do anything about DiBiase but I can do something about your agreement.
Sandman as of this moment, you are relieved of your duties at the WWF Commissioner.
**The Sandman goes crazy in the ring and starts shouting at Vince as Shawn and Helmsley try to
hold him back.**
VINC - Calm down Sandman or I'll fire you from the WWF completely. Triple H, Shawn Michaels,
keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks because you two are numero uno on Vinnie
Mac's hit list. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a plane to catch back to Greenwich.
But remember...You don't EVER cross the boss.
**No Chance plays one last time as Vince McMahon leaves the ring area, leaving Stephanie's group
looking bemused.**
AL SNOW Vs. MIKE AWESOME w/t Bobby Heenen
Once again, Al Snow looked in bad shape before this match after the attacks from the Sandman
in the last few weeks.
Mike Awesome took advantage of Al Snow's head injury by going to work with Piledrivers at the
request of Bobby Heenen. Snow kept fighting back though and refused to stay down which started
to frustrate Awesome.
The ending came after Mike Awesome went for the Running Awesome Bomb. Al Snow managed to get
free and landed behind him, Mike turned around and got drilled with the Snow Plow for the pin
totally against the run of momentum.
After the match, Mike Awesome went after Al Snow again and hit him with a Running Awesome Bomb
through a table. Leaving Al Snow to be tended to by EMT's for the third time in a month.
Al Snow pinned Mike Awesome with the Snow Plow in 0:09:36.

BENOIT, BILLINGTON, LYGER & THE ROCK
Vs.
MILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION (Christian, Test & Doom)
Main event time saw the Rock teaming up with Benoit's group to take on the remaining members
of the Corporation.
The Corporation was without leadership as Ted DiBiase and Shane McMahon had remained backstage,
this seemed to hurt the Corporation's mentality. The Rock and Benoit's team where all over
the Corporation and fought them inside and outside of the ring.
Eventually the ending came after Crush was given the Running Lyger Bomb which was followed up
by a Billington Headbutt. Benoit then put the finishing touches to the move with the Crippler
Crossface for a tap out win.
Benoit, Lyger, Billington and The Rock defeated M.D. Corporation (Christian, Crush, Test and
Wrath) when Benoit made Crush submit to the Crippler Crossface in 0:11:12.

**The Million Dollar Corporation trudge back to the locker room area, but as they pass through
the curtains, Ted DiBiase and Shane McMahon step in front of them.**
$TED - Christian, Crush, Test and Wrath...tut tut tut. You lost again, which luckily makes this
decision a lot easier for me to make. YOU'RE FIRED!!
**The four men look shocked and all move to attack DiBiase. But Shane quickly pushes DiBiase
against a wall and holds a hand up to the others to signal for them to hold on.**
SHAN - Wooh, wait up there Ted, that's not strictly true.
$TED - No I guess not.
SHAN - You see, the only way we could convince the guy, not to back out was to agree to his
demand. His demand being that the Million Dollar Corp, starts a-fresh.
$TED - In other words, without you lot.
**Again the, now ex-Corporation members, try and grab DiBiase.**
SHAN - Will you stop that Ted. Anyway, yes that was his arrangement BUT I have managed to talk
him out of it....sort of.
You see, I convinced him that as Crush and Wrath are WWF Tag Team Champions we should
keep them.
$TED - But Christian, you've done sh!t for us, so get out of here.
**Christian grabs Ted DiBiase but Crush and Wrath pull Christian off of him and throw him
against the wall.**
TEST - What about me.
SHAN - Well I told the guy of your worth and how you're one of my best friends in the federation.
TEST - So I'm in?
SHAN - Well let me put it this way.
**Shane nails Test across the head with a closed fist. He begins punching him but Test stays on
his feet until DiBiase tells Doom to help. Test is quickly beaten down, as is Christian who
tries to help. A bloodied Shane gets up and dusts himself off.**
SHAN - Sorry Test....nothing personal...it's just business. Some reason the guy's got it in
for you. So much so that, you're out of the Corporation AND the WWF. See ya...BUDDY.
