**The pryos to start the show begin to die down as the Million Dollar theme plays and the entire
M.D.Corporation walk out and enter the ring. Christian, Test, The Sandman and Dynamite stand
at the back. Crush and Wrath, the WWF Tag Champions stand ahead of them with WWF Champion,
Chris Benoit at the front with Shane McMahon and Ted DiBiase standing either side of him.**
$TED - Well looks like once again the Million Dollar Group have had another excellent Pay Per
View. With Dynamite, Doom and Test winning, it was a perfect Pay Per View...but it was
beyond perfection when this man beside me, beat the Rock to become WWF Champion.
SHAN - Ladies and Gentlemen, on behalf of the Million Dollar Corporation and the World Wrestling
Federation, we present to you, the NEW WWF Champion, CHRIS BENOIT.

CBEN - Yes, last night I achieved my life long dream and became the WWF Champ, and with this
group behind me, there is nothing we can't manage. We already have two of the main
titles and it won't be long until we get the Intercontinental and European belts added
       to the group.
But first, it's time for your beloved Commissioner, The Sandman to explain to you the
       night's in-ring action.
SAND - As the WWF Commissioner, it is my honor to announce tonight that myself, Shawn Michaels
and Triple H will face Cactus Jack and two partners of his choice.
Now, the man that beat Steve Austin last night, Test will face Chris Jericho in action.
Plus, Doom and Mr. DiBiase will be in tag action against The Hardy Boyz and Lita.
Oh, as for our new WWF Champion, Chris Benoit. He's facing the WWF Lightweight Champion,
Jushin Lyger. Don't ask me why, I'd rather he have the night off but he wanted to give
you morons a chance to see him. Have a BAD DAY!

**The Corporation begin to move to exit the ring but are stopped as the Rock's theme plays.**
ROCK - The Rock says you can stop yapping because tonight the Rock is demanding a match against
Chris Benoit. The Rock knows the Millions of his fans want to see him go one-on-one with
       Benoit again.
SHAN - Well guess what Rock, it's not going to happen. You see Benoit doesn't have to give you
shit. He's defending against Lyger and that's that. But as you seem so keen on having
a match, tonight you're going to face someone who's on your level, someone who can
       challenge you....tonight you'll face K-Kwik.
ROCK - K-Kwik? That jerbroni, the Rock says you can kiss his ass. K-Kwik is not in the same
league as the Rock...as a matter of fact, The Rock's not sure that K-Kwik is even
playing the same game as the Rock. But the Rock won't back down for a challenge so you
go ahead and throw who ever you want because the Rock guaren-DAMN-tees that he will
become the champion once again IF YA SMELLLLLALALLAAALA-OW WHAT THE ROCK ISSSSS COOKIN'

**The Rock's music plays again as the crowd begin cheering for him as he poses on the ramp.**

TEST w/t DiBiase Vs. CHRIS JERICHO
The opening match of the night saw Test trying to keep his streak going as he took on Y2J. It
was a good match as Jericho went to work on the legs of Test. Test defended well but got in
very little offence as Chris Jericho's momentum growing.
Jericho had the match going his way but the Million Dollar Man hoped up onto the ring apron
causing the referee distraction. Christian then ran out and slid into the ring armed with a
chair. He swung for Jericho but Y2J dodged it and kicked the chair back into Christian's
face. Jericho put Christian into the Walls of Jericho but Test picked the chair up and nailed
him in the back with it. The referee turned around just in time to see this and instantly
disqualified Test.
Chris Jericho defeated Test by disqualification in 0:15:12.

DOOM & TED DiBIASE Vs. THE HARDY BOYZ & LITA
Another match between Doom and the Hardys came next, but with an extra twist as Ted DiBiase and
Lita joined their teams in this six man tag match.
As you'd expect most of the match involved Doom and the Hardy Boyz as the managers stayed out
of the way as much as they could. The end of the match came after Wrath was given the Twist
of Fate from Matt Hardy. Jeff went up top and lept for the Swanton Bomb, but Wrath was pulled
out of the way by Crush. Jeff hit the canvas with impact and Ted DiBiase took advantage by
putting him in the Million Dollar Dream. Matt Hardy tried to break it up but got pulled away
by Crush. Lita also tried but Wrath stopped her and gave her the Meltdown.
After the match, Matt Hardy checked on Lita as EMT's came in to check on her as well as Jeff.
M.D. Corporation (Crush, Ted DiBiase and Wrath) defeated The Hardy Boyz & Lita when DiBiase
made J.Hardy submit to the Million Dollar Dream in 0:16:02.

**Cut to the backstage area where Al Snow is standing in front of Cactus Jack. Both men have
stitches in their heads from the attacks at the PPV.**

SNOW - Come on Mick, there must be someone you can think of to ask.
JACK - I know, but their all booked for the show already. What we need to someone who's just
as passionate about beating the Sandman as us.
SNOW - Yeah, we need someone who can hold his own. Someone who'll be able to back us up in the
       match if we need it.
JACK - Hmmmmm.
SNOW - Yeah, tricky isn't it.
JACK - Who ever it is in for a real test.
SNOW - yeah, a real test.....

**Both men suddenly look up at each other and smile.**
BOTH - Steve Austin!
JACK - He'll be just as egar as us to get the Sandman.
SNOW - He's not booked.
JACK - He's in the next room. Let's ask him.

**Al Snow and Cactus Jack then leave the locker room as we cut back to live action.**

WWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP
TAZZ (C.) Vs. KURT ANGLE
Easily the match of the night as Tazz took on Kurt Angle in this thrilling encounter. Both men
went back and forth with a variety of suplexes. Both men excited the fans with their range of
'plexes.
Eventually Kurt Angle got the win after he blocked a T-Bone Suplex attempt and turned it into
the Olympic Slam.
After the match Kurt Angle was celebrating with the title when Tazz re-entered the ring and
came up to him. Kurt turned to face him and got ready to fight but Tazz extended his hand out.
Un a rare display of respect, the two men shook hands and the crowd clapped widely for both
athletes.
Kurt Angle pinned Tazz with the The Olympic Slam in 0:16:43.
Rating: ****
(Kurt Angle won the WWF Intercontinental Title.)

K-KWIK Vs. THE ROCK
A match made simply as a way of keeping the Rock out of the Million Dollar Corporation's
business tonight...or so we thought!
The Rock was dominant in this short match as he out classed K-Kwik. The Rock had the match
won after the Spine Buster and gave the sign for the elbow. As he was bouncing off the ropes,
D'Lo Brown and The Godfather came out from opposite sides of the crowd and slid in. The Rock
stopped his move and looked at both men. K-Kwik then nailed him from behind with a Super Kick
and the attack began.
The Rock defeated K-Kwik by disqualification in 0:04:42.
Rating: ** 1/4

**The referee continues to call for the bell but the three man attack on the Rock continues.
K-Kwik goes outside and grabs a steel chair, he returns with it and nails the Rock in the
head with it. The Godfather pulls Rock up again and nails him with the Pimp Drop in the
centre of the ring. D'Lo Brown then follows up with the Lo-Down as K-Kwik steps out and gets
  a microphone.**

D'LO - Yes Rock, I'm back in the WWF along with the Godfather. Last time I was here I got stuck
with stupid gimmicks....but not this time.
GODF - Both me and D'Lo realised that we were sucessful as part of the Nation of Domination...
...that is until your ego took over and instead of the group being about getting all of
us a fair shot, it turned out to be a way for you to elevate yourself.
KWIK - The Nation is BACK and Rock, you're our no#1 target. I'm just like these two men.
I've been held down for too long, I mean come on I was a damn World Champion in MPW and
here, I'm regarded as nothing more then a cruiserweight.
Well no more. K-Kwik might have put up with it, but K-Krush won't.

**K-Krush drops the microphone and stands in between D'Lo Brown and Godfather. The three men
do the Nation Salute before exiting the ring with the Rock getting his breath back in front
  of the announce tables.**

KEN SHAMROCK Vs. MIKE AWESOME w/t Bobby Heenan
When Mike Awesome came out for this match, he recieved a very hostile reaction and got several
RAZOR chants. But Awesome just flipped a few of them off as Heenan led him to the ring.
The match started out with Shamrock taking control with his UFC style but Heenan's constant
distractions allowed Mike Awesome to remain in the match. The ending came after Shamrock
went for a backdrop but it was reversed into the Awesome Bomb.
Mike Awesome pinned Ken Shamrock with the Awesome Bomb in 0:07:41.
Rating: ** 3/4

COMMISSIONER SANDMAN, SHAWN MICHAELS & TRIPLE H w/t Stephanie
Vs.
AL SNOW, CACTUS JACK & 'Stone Cold' STEVE AUSTIN
Sandman, HBK and Triple H were completly stunned when Steve Austin came out for this match.
Austin instantly made an impact as he hit the Stunner on Triple H, but he was unable to get
the cover as Sandman and HBK broke it up.
Cactus Jack and the Sandman continued their rivalry in this one as well as they fought on the
outside for most of this match. But it was the Sandman who got the pin on Al Snow after he
waited for a distraction from Stephanie to hit all his opponent's with the Singapore Cane.
Al Snow was DDT'ed by the Sandman and he made the cover as Cactus Jack and Triple H fought
through the crowd and Austin fought HBK to the back.
The Sandman, Shawn Michaels and Triple H defeated Steve Austin, Cactus Jack and Al Snow when
Sandman pinned Snow with the DDT in 0:15:31.

CHRIS BENOIT (WWF CHAMPION) Vs. JYUSHIN LYGER (LIGHTWEIGHT CHAMP)
**Benoit enters the ring followed by Dynamite, Crush and Wrath. He steps forward and holds up
the WWF Championship as Jushin Lyger looks on. Chris Benoit turns and says something to Doom
and they begin to move for Lyger. He begins backing off towards the corner as Doom close in.
Suddenly Chris Benoit nails Wrath in the back of the head with the title. Crush turns around
confused but gets nailed from behind with a Jushin Lyger dropkick. He staggers forward and
gets hit with a snap suplex from Dynamite.
The tag team champions are both down in the ring as Chris Benoit climbs up one corner and
Dynamite up another. They both leap with Swandive Headbutts which connect simaltaniously.
Benoit, Dynamite and Lyger then leave the ring without a word as the crowd aren't sure if they
  should boo or cheer them.**
Jyushin Lyger drew with Chris Benoit due to a non-contest.
