**We begin backstage as we see Ted DiBiase and Shane McMahon sitting in Shane's office.  Both
  men have huge smiles on their faces and Ted DiBiase has a champagne bottle in his hand which
  he is in the process of opening.**

$TED - Well Shane, here's to a master plan.

**POP! DiBiase opens the bottle and begins pouring it into two glasses.**

SHAN - Yeah. With Mick Foley out of the way the scene is set for both of our groups to dominate
       the next Pay Per View, NO WAY OUT.

$TED - Yes and then Austin will win at WRESTLEMANIA X-7 thanks to Chris Benoit giving the shot
       to us for...now how do we usually say??

BOTH - A SH!T LOAD OF MONEY. hahahahahaahaha

SHAN - Anyway, here's to Foley free days and a great working partnership.

$TED - Damn straight. Matter of fact, why don't we celebrate properly. What do you say me and
       you go onto a club. I'm sure two people of our power and influence can get a woman or
       ten to join us.

SHAN - Excellent idea Ted. The others won't need us to be here, they've got it easy tonight.

$TED - Let's roll.

**Ted DiBiase and Shane McMahon take another sip of the champagne and then exit the room and
  head towards the carpark.** 

We open with the four men in the NO WAY OUT Lightweight match forced into two teams.  As usual
between any of these four men, it was action all the way that spilled outside.

The ending came after Rey and K-Kwik were both attacked by their partners!!  Rey was thrown to
the outside as Juventud drilled K-Kwik with the Juvy-Driver.  Dynamite then finished off K-Kwik
with the Flying Headbutt.

Rey Misterio Jr. and Dynamite defeated Juventud Guerrera and K-Kwik when
Dynamite pinned K-Kwik with the Flying Headbutt in 0:07:01.

**We cut to the outside and the arena car park.  Where we see a limo come round the corner and
  drive into the side entrance of the building.

  The car stops and the driver steps out and walks round to the side of the car to open the
  door.

  He opens the door and we see a hospital crutch come out followed by a pair of black boots.

  The camera then zooms back from the door to reveal that it's Commissioner Foley!

  The crowd errupts as Mick Foley hobbles away from the car.  We can also see that he has a
  cast on his left arm.**

MICK - You've got an hour off, driver. I've got some business to deal with before I leave.

**With that Mick Foley continues to hobble away from the limo.** 

Next up was Shawn Michaels taking on Sabu.  It was probably the difference in fighting styles,
but this match was a lot more entertaining then expected.

Sabu lost the match after he went for a corner splash on Michaels.  HBK moves and Sabu's head
hit against the turnbuckle.  Sabu was disorintated and Michaels hit the Chin Music to win.

Shawn Michaels pinned Sabu with the Superkick in 0:11:00.

The Hollys second match since re-grouping saw them pick up their first win over the out-of-form
StratusPhere group.

Ever since Trish left to join DeGeneration X, Venis and Saturn have been unable to pick up any
wins and once again they lost.

Venis was pinned after Crash delivered the Russian Legsweep and Bob hit the Falcon Arrow on the
incoming Perry Saturn.

The Hollys defeated StratusPhere when Crash pinned Venis after a Russian legsweep in 0:09:30.

Austin was up next as he took on WWF HaRdCoRe champ, Kurt Angle in action.  Kurt is still 
confused as to how he even won the title but tried to forget about it as he took on WRESTLE
MANIA X-7 no#1 contender, Austin.

Kurt Angle's title probably cost him the match though as after he hit the Olympic Slam on Steve
Austin, he had to run out of the ring away from Sabu who was trying to use the 24/7 stipulation.

Kurt eventually escaped Sabu after hitting a second Olympic Slam, this time on Sabu on the
outside.  As Kurt re-entered though, Austin had managed to get back up and nailed the Sell Out
Stunner before Angle could re-cover.

Steve Austin pinned Kurt Angle with the Sell Out Stunner in 0:11:48.

**Mankind Wreck plays as Mick Foley hobbles out to the top of the ramp as Steve Austin looks
  right at him in disgust.**

MICK - So Steve, looks like you've been left alone by Shane and Ted.  Shame really because I'd
       have liked them to be here for this next bit.

3:16 - What on earth are you on about Foley. You can't touch me, look at you, you can't even
       walk.

MICK - I'm not going to touch you. I'm just out here to tell you that your title shot for
       WRESTLEMANIA X-7 has been revoked.

3:16 - No, no, no. DiBiase made sure we had an iron contract. There was a 7 day clause that
       allowed it to be canceled but the contract was signed on last week's RAW, 8 days ago.

MICK - WRONG, you see the contract WAS signed on last week's RAW but if we play the footage
       again.

**The footage of the contract signing between Benoit and DiBiase is shown. The action continues
  in normal speed until Benoit asks for the date. DiBiase is then heard to say 13th...this is
  then repeated about two or three times before we cut back to Foley.**

MICK - Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't last Monday the 12th? That means that today IS 7 days
       after the contract signing date so I'm revoking the title shot and that's FINAL!

3:16 - You can't do that? I deserve a chance to win the title back. DAMMIT I'm Steve Austin!!!

MICK - OK, I'll give you another chance at the title. At NO WAY OUT, you will face the man who
       was eliminated last in the ROYAL RUMBLE.  Yes, you will be facing KANE!!

3:16 - KANE! I've beat him in the past and I'll stomp a mudhole in him again.

MICK - I wouldn't be too sure about that if I were you. Because the next PPV is called NO WAY
       OUT.  So what better match for you to face Kane then a HELL IN THE CELL match.

3:16 - Foley, you'll pay for this.

MICK - No I won't pay, I'm fairly sure that's what your boss, Ted DiBiase does but I won't. So
       Austin, Sunday 25th Feb.  It'll be you against Kane. HELL IN THE CELL.  The winner will
       face either the Rock or Tazz at WRESTLEMANIA X7.

3:16 - You won't get away with thi.........

MICK - Oh, may I add something to that Austin?

3:16 - Now what?

MICK - HAVE A NICE DAY!

**Mankind Wreck plays again as Mick Foley turns and hobbles backstage again on his crutch as
  Austin stands fuming in the centre of the ring.** 

Next up we had six man tag team action as Shamrock and Rock teamed up again, this time with
Kane to take on Benoit, Triple H and Tazz.

The ending came after almost everyone hit their finisher!  Tazz dropped Rock in the Tazzmission
as Triple H was given the Chokeslam from Hell by Kane.  Meanwhile Shamrock fell victim to the
Swandive Headbutt that left both men laying.

As Tazz released the Tazmission on the Rock, we were left with two men standing and when Kane
caught Tazz with a big boot it was set to be a win for the Big Red Machine.  Kane dragged Tazz
back up and Tombstoned him giving him the victory.

Kane then dropped his arms for the fire pyros and left the ring with the carnage of the other
five left behind him.

Ken Shamrock, Rocky Maivia and Kane defeated Chris Benoit, Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Tazz
when Kane pinned Tazz with the Tombstone in 0:21:02.

Our main event saw Chavo Guerrero Jr. take the place of the injured Chris Jericho, who suffered
a mild concusion at the hands of Benoit last week.

As you'd expect the Sandman was too big for Chavo to contend with and the XPW Icon pinned Chavo
within moments of the match starting.

After the match, the Sandman attacked Chavo Jr. with the Singapore Cane before he was stopped
by the referee.

The Sandman pinned Chavo Guerrero Jr. with the DDT in 0:04:02.

**As the Sandman waves his Singapore Cane in the air with his Motorhead music playing, he is
  stopped as "Mankind Wreck" plays.

  Mick Foley hobbles out for the second time tonight and stands at the top of the ramp.**

MICK - Sandman, looks like you're next on my list.

SAND - Who are you putting me against at NO WAY OUT then?  Seems you've got a lot of people
       doing your dirty work lately.

MICK - I've not got a clue who to put you against so I've decided that YOU can pick you're
       opponent for NO WAY OUT.

SAND - I can pick anyone?

MICK - Yes, but it can't be a title match so come on who's it going to be?

SAND - Well seeing as you seem fit enough to get out of the hospital bed, why don't I face YOU!

MICK - ME? But as you can see I've got a crutch. You can't seriously tell me that you'd rather
       take on someone who's not 100% then a fit man.  I mean how is that going to make you
       look?

SAND - I don't care. I'm going to tear you apart and I'll get the job done this time.

MICK - OK, if you want the match you got it. It's signed. Unless you want to back out?

SAND - NO!

MICK - You sure? Is that your final answer?

SAND - NO, I want YOU in the ring.

MICK - OK then, although there's something you should know.  I'm fine!

**Mick Foley pulls off the arm cast and drops the crutch to his side and runs towards the ring.
  The Sandman is stunned by this and doesn't react in time as Foley doubles him up with a
  mid-section kick and a Double Arm DDT.

  Foley then snatches the Singapore Cane up from the canvas and begins to wear away the Sandman
  with it.

  The show ends with Mick Foley standing above the fallen Sandman with the crowd going crazy!**
