**We open backstage in the MDGroup's locker room. Austin is talking with Ted DiBiase.**
3:16 - Look Ted, I don't care that you're sorry. Last week you said you would get me a shot at
the WWF World Title again.
You promised me that you could buy Tazz's title shot.
$TED - Well I can't help it if that damn orange midget doesn't want to part with it. He says
that it's the only chance he's had since coming to the WWF, at having the belt.
3:16 - You offered him a load of money, right?
$TED - Steve, I offered him a sh!t load of money.
3:16 - Damn.......WAIT! You said that he wouldn't part with the NO WAY OUT title shot. Well
how about you offer him the same amount of money to give ME the first shot when he wins
the title belt.
$TED - How do you know he's going to win?
3:16 - If he agrees, then he WILL win.
$TED - Of course you wouldn't have anything to do with that would you.
3:16 - Why....of course not.....that would be unfair to the Rock. Ha.
$TED - And then, WRESTLEMANIA!
3:16 - Exactly.
$TED - Speaking of WRESTLEMANIA, I've just thought of another way for you to get that title,
should Tazz fail.
3:16 - Right, well don't waste time Ted, put it into action.
**With that Ted DiBiase stands up and pulls a cell phone out of his pocket. As he walks out
the room you can hear the start of his conversation.**
$TED - Yeah, it's DiBiase. I got an offer for you....
-------------ADVERTISEMENTS-------------
Fast paced opener with two of the evergrowing Lightweight division. The match was full of
action as these two entertained the crowd with some splendid moves.
The ending came after K-Kwik's Cutter (Reverse Suplex) was blocked and Chavo reversed it into
the Brainbuster for the victory.
Chavo Guerrero Jr. pinned K-Kwik with the Brainbuster in 0:06:03.

**We go backstage again to the locker room of Chris Benoit. As Benoit begins to tie up his
boots, we see Shane McMahon enter with Ted DiBiase.**
SHAN - Crippler, my man, have I made a deal for you.
CBEN - Go on.
SHAN - I've given your WRESTLEMANIA title shot to Steve Austin.
CBEN - You did what!
**Benoit jumps up off the chair and pins Shane against the wall.**
CBEN - Now listen here, you may be my manager but don't you think I should have been asked
about this!
**DiBiase places a briefcase on the desk and pulls out two pieces of paper.**
$TED - Excuse me, Mr. Benoit, but I'm sure if you look at this cheque, you'll see why Shane
McMahon agreed.
CBEN - WOW! How many zeros are in that! That's almost 50% of my annual pay.
OK, DiBiase. I'm listening, what have I got to do.
$TED - It's simple, you sign this contract here and I'll sign that cheque and we both get what
we want.
CBEN - It's a dea......WAIT! What are you getting out of this Shane?
SHAN - I'm your manager and your friend, I'm offended that you'd say such a thing.
CBEN - How much...
SHAN - In all the time we've been together, I can't beli...
CBEN - HOW MUCH!
SHAN - 25%
CBEN - 25%!
SHAN - You've still got a lot of money left over
CBEN - Ok, I guess so. DiBiase give me a pen. Oh, what's the date?
SHAN - The 13th.
**Chris Benoit signs the contract and then Ted DiBiase signs the cheque.**
CBEN - And DiBiase, if this cheque bounces so do you!
$TED - It won't. Now Shane what do we do about Foley?
SHAN - I've got a plan for him don't worry.
$TED - Good because as soon as he finds out about this he's got a seven days to protest the
case. So I want him out of the picture and fast.

and the Fallen's streak continues.

TRIPLE H Vs. CHRIS JERICHO
Our next match saw Jericho take on the leader of DeGeneration X in a batle that both men could
have walked away with.
The ending came after Chris Benoit, once again interfered in a Jericho match. Benoit came out
and managed to hit Y2J in the back, with the IC belt, as he bounced off the ropes. This gave
Triple H an opening and as Y2J staggered forward he gave Jericho the boot and delivered the
Pedigree.
Hunter Hearst Helmsley pinned Chris Jericho with the Pedigree in 0:18:01.

**Mick Foley is sitting at his desk when Al Snow comes up to him**
MICK - Hey Al, what can I do for you pal?
SNOW - No, I'm not after a favour, it's just that I wonder if you'd heard about Benoit selling
his title shot to Steve Austin.
MICK - Yeah, I did hear about that and I'm going out there now to sort it out.
**Al Snow walks away as Foley gets up from his chair and walks towards the ringside area.**
-------------ADVERTISEMENTS-------------
**We return back to action with Mick Foley on the floor surronded by WWF EMTs. Nearby is Kevin
Kelly who looks at the camera.**
KELL - Welcome back to WWF Raw IS War. Just moments ago we discovered Mick Foley, Commissioner
has been attacked.
Apparently he was on his way to the ring to make an announcement concerning the Benoit
and Austin situation.
**Al Snow runs into the scene and up to Mick Foley who by now is being placed onto a stretcher
and taken towards an ambulance.**
SNOW - Mick, Mick, what happened who did this?
EMT1 - Stand back please.
EMT2 - Ready and one, two, three, LIFT
**Foley is put into the ambulance and the EMTs step in and shut the door. Al Snow walks up to
Kevin Kelly looking confused.**
SNOW - WHO THE HELL DID IT KEVIN! WHO ATTACKED FOLEY!
KELL - I..err.....I dunno Snow, no one saw anything.
SNOW - WELL I'LL FIND OUT WHO IT IS AND I'LL MAKE THEM PAY.
**Al Snow shoves Kevin Kelly into the wall as he stomps off.**
SCOTT HALL Vs. HARDCORE HOLLY
Following their recent losses both men came into this match hoping for a win to get them back
on track. It was another close match as Hardcore Holly proved his not just a one-dimensional
hardcore fighter and took it to Hall with some superb technical wrestling.
Scott Hall managed to get some offence back after he moved out of the way of a Holly dropkick,
and then followed up with a series of slams.
As Hardcore Holly tried to re-group, Hall moved in and set him up for the OutKast Edge. But
Scott Hall noticed Billy Gunn at the top of the ramp watching. This distracted Scott Hall but
he managed to get his mind back on the game and hit the OutKast Edge on Bob Holly. As Hall
made the cover, he kept his eyes focused in the direction of Billy Gunn.
Scott Hall pinned Hardcore Holly with the OutKast Edge in 0:15:06.

TRIANGLE THREE MAN TAG MATCH
LATINO HEAT/SHAMROCK Vs. MDGROUP (Bull/Edge/Test) Vs. TEAM EXTREME (Dudleys/Tazz)
A triangle three tag match was next as the tag champions, Latino Heat teamed up with Shamrock
to take on Team Extreme and MDGroup.
The first fall was thanks to Chris Benoit as once again he interfered in a match involving
Shamrock, just as he has done with Jericho. Benoit ran into the ring and smacked Shamrock
across the head with the Intercontinental Championship.
This action caused all out war to begin as the MDGroup, Team Extreme and Latino Heat all ran
in. Benoit continued to assult Shamrock and when Eddie tried to pull him off he got a belt
shot to the face as well. Guerrero was then put in the Buh Buh Cutter as the Dudleys picked
up an important win over the tag champions going into NO WAY OUT.
Team Extreme (Dudley Boys & Tazz) defeated MDGroup (Bull, Edge & Test) and Latino Heat and Ken
Shamrock:
x Buh Buh beat Eddie Guerrero via the Buh Buh Cutter in 0:13:34

**Al Snow walks out from backstage holding a microphone and the Head. Snow enters the ring.**
SNOW - Now as you all know, just a short while ago, my good friend Mick Foley was attacked by
an unknown person or persons.
I've got a few ideas as to who attacked him, so I'm calling you out.
SHANE McMAHON get your sorry ass out here now.
**"NO CHANCE IN HELL" plays as Shane McMahon comes out followed by Benoit.**
SHAN - Al Snow, who do you think you are calling me out. I'm the damn part owner.
SNOW - So you're saying that neither you or Chris Benoit attacked Foley.
SHAN - We didn't no.
SNOW - Well who the hell was it then.
SHAN - I don't know and I don't care. We're out of here and don't you DARE accuse me again.
**Chris Benoit and Shane McMahon both leave as Al Snow stands in the ring with a confused look
on his face.**
SNOW - If it wasn't them who the hell was it! Come on, I challenge that son of a bitch back
there to come out here and accept my challenge. Come on who was it!
**"ENTER SANDMAN - Motorhead" plays as XPW's Sandman comes out armed with his singapore cane.
He stops at the top of the ramp and holds the cane in the air to a mixed reaction and chants
of XPW.**
SNOW - Sandman! When the hell did you get into the WWF.
SAND - What does it matter, you challenged me and I accept. Tonight it'll be me against you.
The Sandman has come and after tonight I will have two victims lined up in the hospital
.....Mick Foley and Al Snow.
SNOW - You're a tough b@stard with that Singapore Cane in your hand and sneak attacks from
behind. But I will win tonight, as I'm dedicating the match to Mick Foley!
SAND - Fine, I'll see you there, bring a medical team with you, you'll need them.
**"ENTER SANDMAN - Motorhead" plays again as the Sandman and Al Snow stare each other out**
-------------ADVERTISEMENTS-------------
Kane's recent win record is increasing every week and tonight he picked up an important win
over Kurt Angle.
Kurt's attacks didn't seem to have much effect on Kane, as once again the Big Red Machine seems
impervious to pain.
The ending came after Kurt attempted a highcross body off the top rope. Kane caught him and
turned him upside down into the Tombstone to win again.
Kane pinned Kurt Angle with the Tombstone in 0:15:16.

Sandman's in-ring WWF debut saw him dominated by Al Snow, who was fueled by revenge for Mick
Foley. Al Snow had Sandman beaten after five minutes thanks to the Snow-plow but he wanted to
punish Sandman some more and that was a huge mistake.
Chris Benoit ran out for the third time this evening and pushed Al Snow off the top rope as
he attempted a moonsault. Sandman took advantage by dragging Snow up and nailing him with the
DDT for the win.
The Sandman pinned Al Snow with the DDT in 0:09:29.
Rating: **
**Al Snow is continually kicked by the Sandman in the chest as he tries to get up. Meanwhile
on the outside, Chris Benoit reaches under the ring and pulls out a Singapore Cane as Shane~
McMahon enters the ring.**
SHAN - Foley and Snow are the first to fall to the new Corporation! Benoit & Sandman are going
to dominate the WWF and it's all thanks to DiBiase's donations that I am able to finance
this group.
**Benoit has by now entered the ring and throws the Singapore Cane to Sandman. Sandman then uses
the Cane repeatedly on Al Snow's upper body and head as Shane continues to speak.**
SHAN - Al Snow, you didn't have to get involved. This was just to get our WWF Commissioner,
Mick Foley out of the picture but you stuck your nose in. So you will join Foley in the
hospital. Benoit...SNAP IT!
**Sandman stops attacking Al Snow with the Singapore Cane as Benoit turns Al Snow over and puts
him in the Crippler Crossface.
The camera zooms up close to Al Snow's bloodied face as he screams out in pain and the show
ends.**
