Dudley Invitational Table Match
The Dudleys Vs. The Hollys w/t Molly Vs. T'n'T w/t Trish & Terri
A brutal match that surprisingly saw the Dudleys eliminated first after Edge was put into a
Buh Buh Bomb. Crash dropkicked Edge as he was lifted causing Edge and Buh Buh to fall back
through a table. As Edge landed on top of Buh Buh Ray Dudley, it was ruled that his team was
still in the match.
Eventually T'n'T won after Crash was distracted on the outside by Trish and Terri. Bob Holly
was nailed with an Edge Downward Spiral and placed onto a table where Venis nailed the Money
Shot.
[Dudley Invitational Table Match]
The Holly's defeated T'n'T and The Dudley Boys:
x Crash beat Buh Buh via putting him through a table in 0:07:31
x Holly beat Venis via putting him through a table in 0:12:39

Dynamite won this match after Syxx missed the Bronco Buster. Dynamite waited as Syxx got up
and nailed him with the snap suplex before going up top to finish it off with the Flying
Headbutt.
Dynamite pinned Syxx with the Flying Headbutt in 0:13:03.

WWF European Title Match
"The One" Billy Gunn (C) w/t Chyna Vs. Eddie Guerrero w/t Essa & The Kat
As expected, this one wasn't about the European title for Eddie Guerrero, it was more about
revenge as he constantly went to the outside after Chyna rather then focusing on Billy Gunn.
Eventually this cost him the match after Chyna nailed him in the back of the head with the
European Championship, after Eddie caught Gunn in a brainbuster.
The referee called for the bell and Essa Rios along with "Mini-Mama" The Kat came in to check
on Guerrero. Billy Gunn and Chyna re-entered the ring and began going to work on them as well
with Chyna powerbombing The Kat onto Eddie Guerrero.
Billy Gunn then delivered a Fame-Ass-Er onto the Title belt to Essa "Lil' Heat" Rios before the
Perfect Ten left to a chorus of boos.
Eddie Guerrero defeated Billy Gunn by disqualification in 0:14:05.
Rating: ** 1/4
(Billy Gunn retained the WWF European Title.)
WWF Contract Vs. Finishing Hold
"Da Bad Guy" Razor Ramon Vs. Mike Awesome w/t Bobby Heenan
A rematch of sorts from WWF Backlash which saw Razor attempt to get his "Razor's Edge" move
back and at the same time take the Awesome Bomb away from his foe. But his plan backfired when
Bobby Heenan distracted the official after Razor hit Mike Awesome with a 3/4 Turn Neckbreaker.
The official turned around after a while but only got a two count, Ramon went after Bobby Heenan
and dragged him into the ring. Ramon hit the Brain with the Razor's Ridge (Brainbuster) but as
he turned around he got caught by a kick and placed into a Running Awesome Bomb for the fall.
After the match, Razor slide outside and grabbed a chair, he came back in and went for Mike
Awesome but he slid out and ran to the back....leaving Bobby Heenan in the ring! Ramon dropped
the chair and pulled Heenan to his feet where he delivered a Razor's Edge to a great reaction.
Razor Ramon's music hit as Da Bad Guy walked backstage and out of the WWF once again.
Mike Awesome pinned Razor Ramon with a Running Awesome Bomb in 0:15:03.

Falls Count Anywhere Street Fight
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin Vs. Test w/t DiBiase & Shane-O-Mac
Shane McMahon once again mis-used his booking power in the WWF by changing this match into a
Street Fight. At first despite the interference from Ted DiBiase & Shane, it looked like this
match type would suit Austin a lot more.
That is until Test ran backstage followed by Austin. As soon as Test ran into one of the locker
rooms, it became obvious this was a set up. Austin was pounced on by Crush, Wrath, Christian
and Dynamite of the Million Dollar Corporation.
He tried to fight them off but got put through a table by a Double Chokeslam from the WWF Tag
Champions, Doom. A bloodied Austin was pulled to his feet by Christian and Dynamite, but he
fought back with a Stunner to each man. Austin snatched a chair and knocked Crush down followed
by Wrath.
But when Austin turned around for Test, he got the chair kicked back in his face by Test's
running big boot. Test made the cover and the ref made the count.
After the fall the five Corporation Members began to kick away at Austin before the Security
Team at the arena broke it up.
Test pinned Steve Austin after hitting him with a steel chair in 0:27:27.

20 Minute Iron Man Match
Shawn Michaels Vs. Kurt Angle
A superb match that suprisingly WASN'T the best of the night. Kurt Angle came out fired up for
this match as he once again went for revenge against Shawn Michaels, whom he still belives cost
him a match at WrestleMania. Angle's fury seemed to much for HBK in the opening minutes of the
bout but Michaels wouldn't stay down for the count.
The first fall came just before the ten minute mark after Kurt ducked a HBK superkick and went
for the Olympic Slam. Unfortunatly the slam was countered and HBK fired off another Superkick,
Kurt ducked again but it was so quick that the ref was unable to move out of the way and he got
kicked in the face by HBK.
Kurt tried to awaken the official but gave up after a few seconds and put HBK in the ankle lock
to prevent him from recovering...this brought out Triple H who ran down from the back carrying
his sledgehammer. He clubbed Kurt in the back of the head with it knocking him out and then
HHH slid out to roll the official back in. The ref counted 2 and 3 quarters before Kurt got a
shoulder up to a thunderous ovation. But it was always going to be too much as Kurt pulled
himself up on the ropes but got put back down again by the Superkick.
The next moments saw Triple H remain at ringside as Shawn Michaels continued to take advantage
of Kurt's weakened state. But as with Michaels in the early moments of the match, Kurt Angle
refused to stay down for a pinfall. With the time running down, Michaels tossed Kurt Angle to
the outside and then distracted the referee. Triple H then lined up another Sledgehammer shot
on the outside but it was ducked and Kurt hit him with the Olympic Slam on the walkway!
Michaels was stunned by this and with less then a minute to go he went outside and pulled Kurt
back into the ring. Michaels picked up Triple H's Sledgehammer and was about to bring it down
on Angle but the referee pulled it away from him. Shawn turned to face the ref and snatched it
from him again but when he turned again he was hit with yet another Olympic Slam. Kurt draws
level with 10 seconds left of the match.
The time limit expired and Shawn began to make his way backstage, upset about losing the fall
but glad it was over....or so he thought. The referee called him back and demanded that a true
winner should be decided. Michaels charged back to the ring and slid in. The fight continued
as HBK shouted for Triple H to get in. Triple H pulled up Kurt Angle and told Michaels to nail
him but Angle dropped out of the way and HBK's Superkick sent HHH to the outside. Once again
HBK made a mistake of turning his back and when he turned around he got hit with the Olympic
Slam as Kurt made the pinfall to win the match in just under 25 minutes.
20 minute Iron Man Match:
Kurt Angle beat Shawn Michaels 2 falls to 1:
x Michaels beat Angle via the Superkick in 0:09:44
x Angle beat Michaels via the The Olympic Slam in 0:19:50
x time limit expired (Angle and Michaels) in 0:20:00
OVERTIME x Angle beat Michaels via the The Olympic Slam in 0:24:33

WWF Tag Team Championship
Doom (C) w/t DiBiase Vs. The Hardy Boyz w/t Lita
The Hardy Boyz finally get a tag title shot after being out of the hunt for the last few months,
but despite their best efforts, once again Doom's rare power was always going to be a problem.
The Hardyz came close to winning after Crush got hit with the Twist of Fate from Matt Hardy,
Ted DiBiase shoved Jeff off the top rope as he went for the Swanton Bomb though. Ted DiBiase
entered the ring to help up Crush but Lita hit him with a Springboard Litacanrana. She got up
only to receive a big boot to the face from Wrath.
Matt Hardy checked on Lita and gave Doom the oppotunity to recover. Matt turned around and got
the Double Chokeslam from Crush and Wrath. Crush made the cover as Jeff Hardy was given the
Meltdown by Wrath and Lita was put in the Million Dollar Dream.
Doom defeated The Hardy Boyz when Wrath pinned M. Hardy after the Double Chokeslam in 0:09:43.

(Doom retained the WWF Tag Team Championships.)
WWF Intercontinental Championship
Tazz (C) Vs. Chris Jericho Vs. Ken Shamrock Vs. The Sandman
Next match saw Tazz attempt to defend his title against three men in this match signed by the
WWF Commissioner, The Sandman. Although originally signed as a Four Corners match, the fight
soon became nothing more then a brawl between the four men, the referee was unable to seperate
the men and decided to change it to a Fatal Fourway match instead.
The action was fast and furious as all four men tried to eliminate the others. The first fall
came after Shamrock had the Sandman in the anklelock as Jericho and Tazz fought on the outside.
Sandman looked like he was fading fast but on the outside, Tazz threw Jericho into the steel
steps and slid into the ring. He managed to get the Tazmission applied to Shamrock whilst Ken
still had the Anklelock applied. Shamrock soon lost grip and passed out in the Tazmission to
be the first victim.
Next elimination came well over ten minutes later, again involving a back attack. Jericho had
Tazz down after his bulldog and ran against the ropes for the Asai Moonsault. Y2J connected
with it but before he could make the cover, The Sandman spun him around and drilled him with
the DDT for the three.
Two men left, Commissioner Sandman and Champion Tazz. Sandman tried for the DDT instantly as
Tazz was still groggy from the Moonsault. But Tazz reversed it into a Northern Lights Release
Plex. Sandman staggered up into a T-Bone Tazplex and then a Head and Arm Tazplex. With the
crowd going wild, the momentum had definatly turned in Tazz's favour. Sandman swung out wildly
at the champion, but he countered with a go behind and slapped on the Tazmission for another
sucessful defence.
Tazz won a 4-man Battle Royal:
x Tazz defeated Shamrock after the Tazmission in 0:11:09
x Sandman defeated Jericho after the DDT in 0:23:27
x Tazz defeated Sandman after the Tazmission in 0:24:57
Rating: *** 1/4
(Tazz retained the WWF Intercontinental Title.)
Last Man Standing Match
Cactus Jack Vs. Triple H
A match of the year candidate as both men beat the hell out of each other in this 40+ minute
thriller.
But the match did see some interference from Shawn Michaels on 20 mins. This broke Cactus'
momentum. Jack nailed Michaels with his Barbed Wire 2x4 but Triple H was able to get back into
the match after a brutal series of chair shots to the head. Al Snow eventually ran out and
helped Cactus Jack get back into the match after he gave Triple H, the Snowplow on the walkway.
Shawn Michaels and Al Snow fought to the back leaving both Triple H and Cactus Jack down at
ringside. The two men continued the fight after both coming close to being counted down by
the official. The fight spilled into the crowd and eventually to the backstage area as both
tried for an edge in the match.
The match fought back to the ring after a while and once again Cactus Jack was in control. A
Double Arm DDT onto a steel chair put Triple H down in the middle of the ring, but he got up on
the nine count. Jack went for him again but Helmsley dived outside to re-group. The referee
tried to get him back in the ring but HHH refused...and it soon became apparent why. As the
Sandman ran down the aisle armed with his Singapore Cane. He nailed Cactus Jack across the
back with it and DDT'ed him onto a Steel Chair before leaving just as quickly as he arrived.
Triple H slid in and pulled Cactus Jack to his feet before delivering the Pedigree to him. The
ref counted up to nine and Cactus got up. Triple H was livid and booted Cactus before giving
him another Pedigree this time onto the same Chair the Sandman used. Cactus was unable to get
up by the ten giving HHH the win.
After the match, Al Snow came out to ringside and began checking on Cactus Jack. But Triple H
nailed Snow in the back of the head with the Sledgehammer and pulled him to the outside. HBK
and Sandman came down the aisle and began kicking away at Cactus Jack who was trying to crawl
over and help Al Snow. But Cactus was unable to prevent Al Snow being Pedigree'd through the
Spanish Announce Table.
Triple H, Shawn Michaels and The Sandman all left together as Cactus managed to crawl over to
check on the unconcious Al Snow, as EMT's ran out to help.
Triple H beat Cactus Jack via the Pedigree in 0:41:30

WWF Heavyweight Championship - No Disqualifiction
The Rock (C) Vs. Chris Benoit
Main event time saw the Rock put the belt up against Chris Benoit in the third classic match of
the night. Before the match started, the Commisioner, Sandman once again made his power known
as he changed the match into a No DQ match. A lot of people began booing this decision because
with the Sandman's Corporation Team Mate, Benoit being in the match, it seemed a set up was on
the cards.
However the match was without interference for well over 20 minutes as both men used all of
their skills to a great reaction from the crowd. The Rock came close to losing after he tried
for the Floatover DDT, Benoit reversed it into the Crippler Crossface but luckily the Rock was
close enough to break the hold.
Both men began to get fatigued and a Superplex from Benoit left both men down. The crowd then
began booing as the Corporation came out in force. Test, Crush, Wrath, DiBiase, Shane-O-Mac
and Christian began to make their way to ringside. The Rock saw the group and got up and began
to go to work on Chris Benoit, realising it'd be a matter of time before he'd be attacked.
But Benoit fought him back just as tough. Benoit ducked a clothesline and began his multiple
German Suplexes to the Rock, he hit him with six consecutive and moved to the corner. But
instead of climbing up he stopped and stared at his Corporation team mates, he shouted at Ted
DiBiase and Shane-O-Mac to let him handle it alone. Chris Benoit then climbed to the top and
went for the Swandive Headbutt, but he'd taken too long and the Rock rolled out of danger.
Once again both men were down and Shane told the group to get the Rock. But before they got to
the ring, they were cut off as the locker room seemed to empty. The Hardy Boys, Kurt Angle,
Chris Jericho, Ken Shamrock and Jyshin Lyger came out and began brawling with the MDCorp.
With the fight going on the Rock knew that he finally had a fair chance. He pulled Benoit up
and went for the Rock Bottom but it was reversed into the Crippler Crossface. This time it was
locked in right in the middle of the ring. The Rock reached out for the ropes but was too fair
away from them. Benoit pulled back on the hold further and the crowd were shocked as the Rock
tapped out to the hold.
After the match, the brawl continued on the outside, but Chris Benoit pulled the Rock back to
his feet. The crowd began booing expecting a cheap shot from the Crippler but instead he shook
the Rock's hand and then raised the belt up between them. The crowd went crazy and once again
both men were getting a standing ovation, until Shane O-Mac came in and nailed the Rock from
behind with a Kendo Stick. Benoit looked surprised and shot a look at Shane McMahon before
looking down at the fallen Rock as the show went off the air.
Chris Benoit made The Rock submit to the Crippler Crossface in 0:27:55.
Rating: ****
(Chris Benoit won the WWF Heavyweight Title.)
